Welcome to our beautiful water front home, located in a quite lovely section of SW Cape Coral. Sliding glass doors from 3 rooms open to a lg. lanai to extend your living space. Heate pool has eastern exposure to enjoy sunrises with your morning coffee. Sunbathe, grill on the BBQ, or sit and view the scenic brackish water wayl and watch fish jumping and other wildlife. Local boat rental available to explore water ways with gulf access. Bikes are available to use and explore the quiet neighborhood and beyond. Private dock on the canal for relaxing, fishing or docking your boat rental. Home is beautifully furnished.
Fully stocked kitchen includes, electric range, microwave, ice maker,
coffee brewer, blender, air fryer, insta-pot, and granite counters, fully stocked linens, washer/dryer, 55'' flat screen TV in living room, master bedroom king bd & TV and 2nd bdrm queen bed & TV. Wi-Fi Included. No Pets. Close to Captva, & Sanibel Islands & Ft.Meyers Beach. Many wonderful restaurants and golf courses in the area.


General : Max. Occupancy is 6 persons. The price includes pool service, gardener, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, also includes electricity. Refundable security deposit ($300 USD) or $ 59.00 VRBO optional damage insurance
Additionally 11.5% tax for the state of Florida is due with final rental payment. One time cleaning fee $180. USD .
Terms and Conditions: Terms and conditions: The total rental balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival. Traveller who cancel 30 days before check-in will receive 100% of amount paid. If cancelled 7 to 14 days before check-in .will receive 50% of amount paid. No refund will be issued if cancellation is less than 7 days.

Home away from home

We have been coming here for four years. Villa Isabella is located in an area where there’s not much traffic so it’s pretty quiet. The home has a master bedroom with Roku TV. There are two other bedrooms with a really nice bathroom in the hall. The pool area is enclosed and just outside of the enclosed area is an outside shower and a door that opens up to the hall where the bathroom is so you don’t have to walk though a large area to get to the bathroom. Jim and Ruth are wonderful renters and have connections in this area so they know the people that they call to help with any problems are well trusted and quick to answer.i am already looking forward to next year.

Great February stay

My Wife and I really enjoyed our month long stay at this 3 bedroom house located on a canal. This house had a well furnished kitchen as we ate most of are meals there. We loved eating on the lanai by the pool watching boats go by and fish jumping in the canal.We stayed in the master Bedroom with a comfy King bed. Family room is a nice size with a large screen TV.The house is plenty large enough for a family of 6 or 2 separate couples.Some of the extras we loved:Even though we were blessed with beautiful weather, we really enjoyed the heated pool.The two Kayaks provided were great for checking out homes along the canal.They have 4 bikes available, 2 adult and 2 - children. We rode through out the neighborhood checking out beautiful homes and getting our exercise.Several fishing rods were available and we did catch several fish! The owner, Jim, was very responsive and answered all my questions.

The home was very clean, we had everything we needed. Had a nice visit with our grandchildren, caught some fish, and had no issues. I would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful stay at Villa Isabella!

We spent a wonderful time here together as a family and always felt home and comfortable. Your house really has everything you need to be happy. We enjoyed the canal view, jumping into the pool whenever we wanted to and the barbecueing in the evenings. We can recommend this lovely place in every sense.

Beautiful home, beautiful area!!

Such a perfect home to stay in. From the pool to the canal to all the extras! Bikes, scooters, beach gear. Any household item you could need is there also. Spacious rooms, cozy beds, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed fishing from the canal. My 3 kids were in the pool the ENTIRE time. And Jim couldn’t have been a more gracious host. Great communicator, responsive to any needs. Looking forward to staying again!

Good view of the canal and liked the shaded dock-patio. Plenty of outdoor furniture with a nice pool, wished it was heated. Good location with lots of privacy.

Wonderful stay

Villa Isabella is a sweet place to stay. The home is beautiful and the furniture is very comfortable. There are plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Jim and Ruth are very nice and always ready to help if situations arise.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet area not much boat traffic. As it is toward the end of the canal system but we enjoyed the peacefulness. Amazing

This property was absolutely gorgeous!! My kids had so much fun kayaking, fishing, and of course swimming the beautiful pool. Was the best Thanksgiving and Birthday I've ever had!!! Sanibel Island and Fort Myers were beautiful! We even went parasailing this trip which was a blast. We checked out the Ecological Preserve and the Veteran's Memorial. So much to do in the area!!! I would love to come back! ❤❤❤❤

Sweet quiet Charm

If you are looking for clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and fully equipped this is a great place. We enjoyed the pool (mtiple times a day). When we arrived Tropical Storm Elsa had just left and the owner was great in communicating an extremely minor repair of the screen over the pool. Workmen came and fixed it without bothering us at all. Y'all....this kitchen has absolutely everything. Pots, pans, slow cooker, instant, Blender, cookie sheets, mixing bowl, Tupperware, just absolutely everything. As parents we appreciated the split bedroom design, the full stock of pool and beach gear and the bathroom with a huge shower that is accessible from the back by the pool. After beach days we just walked around back, used the outside shower to get the sand out and then right into the pool. The covered lanai was amazing on hot days with the dual over head fans and the shade it provided us to be able to watch the kids in the pool. All in all it was an amazing 9 days and we can't wait to stay again....oooh I forgot to mention.....the spices! Literally everything you need. I dont care what you are cooking, the spices are there. Thanks Jim and Ruth for sharing your home!!!

Nice family home in quiet area!

The house was very nice as described. Plenty of room and lots of extras. There were only 3 beach towels which was a little tough trying to keep towels and beach towels clean and dry. The pool was freezing! The thermometer said 90 but on the last day the pool man said the pool was 80 on our first day the thermometer said 85 so it was actually 73/75. We ask if there was a pool heater and the owner stated that the thermometer was correct and once we got in it would feel warmer. I wish we had the pool mans info so that he could have started the heater and actually used the pool before the last day. Other than that our stay was great.

Perfect place to relax

The home was clean, cozy, and a perfect location! We were within a 30 min drive of all the fun plus the pool was enough to keep my kiddos entertained for hours! There were plenty of pots, pans, dishes even an instant pot to cook at the house making it a little more friendly to the budget when traveling with a big family. There were plenty of towels, beach gear, kayaks, bikes, fishing poles that we could use while there. We had great communication with the owner. Totally worth it. My husband was ready to plan another trip to that same house before we even left.
