There is a porch off of the living room with an ocean view and a porch off of the kitchen in the back of the house. Third floor has full bath and 2 bedrooms- with porch off the back bedroom. One bedroom has a King bed, the other a Pyramid(single over full) and a trundle. There will be table and chairs on the front porch. 6 beach tags and 6 beach chairs are offered complimentary but not guaranteed.
OFFSEASON (unless weekly rate provided): $500/night for 2 night minimum, $450/night for 3 or more nights
Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
