About this property

Holiday house in a park-like private property

This beautiful approx. 40 m² holiday home is located on the eastern slope of a private property of over 4000 m². There is a natural meadow above the property. The entire property is fenced and almost opaque.
On the property you will find several oases of peace with respective Hollywood swings, a large fresh water pool for shared use for bathing and cooling, as well as a lot of natural flower and shrub vegetation. The lush green spaces offer not only sunbathing, but also games and relaxation with the whole family. There are parking spaces for your car.
The house itself is not only idyllically embedded but also very lovingly furnished and equipped with every comfort. On the more than 18 m² terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view over Auerbach and the Göltzschtal from sunrise to sunset. You will rarely find more natural peace and family idyll.
Furnishing:
The house has a porch as an entrance with a cloakroom. The living room with a semi-integrated, fully equipped kitchen is modern and nicely furnished and equipped with a flat-screen TV, satellite TV and music system. The bedroom has a modern and comfortable double bed with a wonderful view over the property and the valley, so that every morning starts with a smile. In the second bedroom
there are two separate sofa beds (extra bed) and a large wardrobe.
The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine and all the utensils that will make your vacation comfortable and uncompromising. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. All rooms have windows. You feel comfortable even in colder temperatures, because the house is equipped with a night storage heater. Other features include: grill with accessories, sun loungers and a large parasol as well as a four-part seating set with dining table for the terrace. An idyllic embedded Hollywood swing is also part of the equipment. Towels, bed linen and dishes and everything necessary and useful is available.
During your vacation you can have a comfortable holiday home at a very reasonable price plus the electricity costs and the costs for final cleaning in the amount of 20 €.
Please make sure to book early in the cold season as the house has to be preheated for three days.
Location:
The former rural community of Rempesgrün, first mentioned in 1437 as “Renntwissgrune” (later then Rempelßgrune, Rempesgrün, Rempelsgrun, Rembtpeßgrüenn), lies in today's Vogtland district “near” Auerbach. Together with Sorga and Hinterhain, Rempesgrün was incorporated into Auerbach on October 1, 1923 and has thus long belonged to the current large district town, as did Mühlgrün (1912) and Brunn (1950), and later the districts of Reumtengrün, Schnarrtanne with bird green, beer heath and vine green , The so-called “basic rule” was then (1551 and later) the Auerbach manor. In 1578 the place was parish to Auerbach. The parish of Auerbach was responsible from 1930. Rempesgrün was administered by Plauen from 1606 and from 1856 by the Auerbach judicial office. From 1952 Rempesgrün (with Fichtzig and Chrinitzleithen, which we would like to include here) as a town of Auerbach then belonged to the district of the same name, from 1996 to the newly formed Vogtland district. In the early days when the settlement was founded, there were only a few inhabitants; in 1551 there were 39. In 1834 there were already 845. In 1900, 402 hectares belonged to the "heavily parceled forest hoof village" and then about 2000 people lived there. Which were initially employed in agriculture, in the adjacent areas in mining or in the textile industry and later in mechanical engineering. A lot of homework was also produced on site. Many former “embroidery rooms” are witnesses of this. Then as now, craft is important for the place, the region also has a lot to offer in terms of tourism. Incidentally, we are located in the low mountain range of Germany and in the western vicinity of the Ore Mountains bordering to the east, at an altitude of 550 to 600m. 20km from Plauen, 14km from Reichenbach, 26km from Zwickau. We are in the Göltzschtal with the neighboring cities Falkenstein and Rodewisch. This offers a lot to see, to do tours. The Waldbad Brunn, the Plohn adventure park, the Grünheide forest park and the Kammweg hiking area in the vicinity offer ample opportunities to make your holiday varied. The beautiful Pöhl dam, also suitable for lovers of nudist culture, is only 15 km away. By car you drive to Helmsgrün and you are almost on the beach.

Fijne vakantie gehad
