Residence Le Ginestre is located in a beautiful position, about 150m from the beach and close to shops and other services, not far from the lighthouse and the famous tourist resort of Lido di Jesolo.
Built in Venetian style and completed in 2004, with colorful houses, the famous Burano, an island in the lagoon of Venice, is also near the lighthouse (Faro), the most fascinating of our coast

Die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Strand und hat einen guten Pool und nah von Ort Bus. Der Aufenthalt war tip top. Danke

Residence le Ginestre

Appartamento spazioso e luminoso, forse un po' caldo. Essendo all'ultimo piano ci voleva una tenda da sole sul terrazzo che si affaccia alla piscina e sicuramente un condizionatore più funzionante (usciva poca aria fredda e da solo non era sufficiente a raffreddare, specialmente le camere). Una maggiore dotazione di pentolame non sarebbe guastata, anzi. Ottima posizione: a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Disservizio: il mancato funzionamento della TV. Il segnale (proveniente da Padova, ci hanno riferito) è troppo debole e prende, se va bene, mezz'ora al giorno). Purtroppo, ci è stato detto, non si poteva fare nulla.... Altro disservizio: la mancanza della wifi. Disponibile solo dietro il pagamento di euro 50 settimanali, per avere un modem! Certamente, a fronte di quanto abbiamo pagato dal 12 al 26 agosto, si può fare di meglio. Quanto meno includere la wifi per completare l'assenza della TV. Se proprio non è possibile avere entrambi. Vacances en Italie

L’endroit est très beau et l’appartement propre et bien meublé. La piscine est très bien aussi sauf que l’on doit mettre des bonnets de bain et qu’elle ferme entre 13h et 15h30!!!😠 Heureusement la plage est proche 5 min à pieds. Notre séjour à Cavallino s’est très bien passé

Devo dire che l appartamento era perfetto e il fatto di essere davanti alla piscina ancora più comodo.. unica pecca se così possiamo dire è che noi avevamo con noi il cane ma il giardino nonè recintato quindi non c è la possibilità di lasciarlo libero in giardino ma perennemente legato al guinzaglio per paura che passasse la recinzione.. peccato perché altrimenti sarebbe stato perfetto

Äußerst gepflegte Anlage mit tollem Pool

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr sauber/gepflegt. Leider konnten wir im Vorfeld nicht herausfinden auf welchem Stockwerk die Wohnung ist, war dann 2. OG, was aber wirklich völlig okay war. Wichtig: die Wohnung ist hinsichtlich Verbrauchsmaterial wirklich leer. Sprich Klopapier, Müllsäcke, Spülutensilien unbedingt gleich zur Stelle haben. Der Pool ist toll. Es gibt zwar sehr viele Regeln, aber dafür stimmen eben auch die Sauberkeit und "Atmosphäre". Strand zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Etwas schönerer Strand wenige Minuten entfernt. Leute in der Agentur vor Ort waren Top!! Vielen Dank.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Grundsätzlich muss man verstehen, das man ein Appartement mietet und kein Hotelzimmer. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, ist nicht Alles neu. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es kein Internet-Router und der Toilettensitz war defekt. Dies haben wir gemeldet und es wurde umgehend behoben. Der Service war wirklich sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer höflich. An der Sauberkeit der Anlage oder der Wohnung gibt es Nichts zu bemängeln. Kritik gibt es von uns nur, weil es nicht geschrieben stand das der Pool Öffnungszeiten hat und man eine Badekappe benötigt. Das ist aber auch schon Alles. Sollten wir wieder in diese Region wollen, dann wäre ein Appartment in dieser Anlage wieder das was wir buchen würden.

Fin lejlighed med god skabsplads Der kunne dog godt have været WC papir da vi ankom. Dejlig Poolområde eneste minus var at det var lukket fra kl. 13 - 15.30 og man skulle have badehætte på. Vi havde en lille hund med og desværre fik vi en lejlighed på 1. Sal selv om, billederne viste at der var have. Endvidere måtte hunde ikke være eller tisse på de grønne områder, og der blev holdt skarpt opsyn med dette!

Nahezu perfekter Badeurlaub

Mit der Wohnung hat alles super geklappt, Strand nicht überfüllt, 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, für den Pool braucht man Badekappen.

Tolle Wohnung mit Verbesserungsbedarf

Uns hat eine tolle Wohnung in einer schönen Anlage erwartet. Leider ist die Wohnung wahnsinnig hellhörig. Jedes Stühlerücken und sogar Gespräch ist zu hören. Die Küchen-Ausstattung ist dringend zu verbessern. Ein Sonnenschirm wäre auch super. Der Ständer ist vorhanden. Sonst war es eine tolle saubere Anlage. Großes Plus ist der TG-Parkplatz.somit bleibt das Auto auch bei hohen Temperaturen kühl. In 5min. Zuu Fuss gibt es einen tollen SB Laden von einem Campingplatz. Hier können täglich frische Semmeln gekauft werden. Zudem ist der Laden günstiger als in der Stadt.

Schön Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft aber nicht nur drinnen sondern auch Garten und Pool. Der Weg zum Strand ist auch nicht weit und es gibt einige Geschäfte und Restaurants. Einige kleine Mankos hatte ich aber: -kein WLAN in der Anlage (jaja ich weiß aber trotzdem will's keiner missen) -die Ausstattung der Wohnung könnte ein wenig runder sein (Pfannenwender, Toaster, Klopapier (wenigstens eine Rolle) und Geschirrhandtücher sollten schon vorhanden sein) -es wäre sinnvoll einige mehr deutschsprachige Kanäle im Fernsehen einzustellen und die dann vielleicht auch noch irgendwo am Stück einzuspeichern Die genannten Mankos trüben allerdings meinen Gesamteindruck kaum. Von daher bleibt's bei der Empfehlung

Super Anlage mit schönen Appartements

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort. Schöne Wohnung direkt neben dem Pool mit Garten und Terrasse. Strand ist ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt gewesen, was toll war. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants In unmittelbarer Nähe. Kommunikation mit der Immobilienagentur, war Top, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es war alles gut

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Anlage. Der Ausstattung ist natürlich sehr einfach. Die Zimmer sind aber alle in einem sehr guten Zustand. Schönes modernes Schlafzimmer. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und ordentlich gefliest. Die Wohnküche ist mit einer ausklappbaren Liege versehen worauf man aber gut schlafen kann. Es gibt in der Nähe (200m) einen kleinen Supermarkt der schon um 7:00 öffnet. Restaurants sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Auto steht in der Tiefgarage sehr sicher. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Anlage und der Strand sind für Familien mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Es gibt eine Buslinie zur Fähre nach Venedig. Mit einem Auto ist man gut beraten um die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit großem Poolbereich

Top Unterkunft mit sehr schönen Pool,sehr gepflegte Anlage einziger Mangel die lauten einheimischen Kinder die trotz Verbot in der Anlage bis spät in den Abend Fußball spielten.Trotzdem War es ein sehr schöner Urlaub .Die Anlage würde ich auf alle fälle weiter empfehlen.
