The entrance to this 46 m² apartment opens into a bright, elegantly decorated space.

The living room is equipped with a very comfortable sofa, which can be used as a single bed, as well as a large television.

The dining area offers a table that seats up to four guests and opens onto a cosy balcony with a table and chairs perfect for a morning coffee.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing meals (oven, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine). A washing machine is also available.

The bedroom has a queen bed (160x200), carefully prepared with hotel-quality linens.

A closet is provided for storing your belongings, making you feel at home.

The bathroom includes a sink, a large mirror, a bathtub, and a toilet.

You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
