Beautiful home and tastefully decorated!Quiet neighborhood and a bonus is the lemon tree in the front yard and the two orange trees in the backyard!Susan & Jeff are both very nice people to work with!You will not be disappointed with this property!

Casual chic in Sun City

I enjoyed my stay and enjoyed hosting family in this open airy home. Loved the quirky collection of furnishings. My only negative (esp since I was living there alone) I wished the front room drapes had 4 panels to allow evening privacy.

Clean and Quiet

This property met all our needs! It was clean and so functional. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I spent hours in the reclining loveseat reading! The owner was so attentive each time I contacted her and it really made our stay great! We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next visit!

Convenient location

We were visiting nearby family, so the location was ideal. The home is newly remodeled and we greatly appreciated the cleanliness of the home. Communication was excellent. We will certainly consider this home for any future visits.

Fabulous experience

This quaint, clean home was exactly what I needed to host a small Thanksgiving dinner for my son, a young friend of his, and myself. Very clean and complete with most everything you would need to cook nearly any meal. It only lacked a rolling pin for my homemade noodles (it has one now! :D ) Kudos to the owners for keeping such a nice, clean home for others to enjoy. I’ll be back if it’s available next time I’m in Phoenix !

Location Location Location

Wow! This home is immaculate, spacious backyard for the furry kids, everything you need to make your stay awesome is there. The beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are very welcoming. You are close to everything. The 101 is about a mile away. Easy access. it’s a very cute home. We really enjoyed our stay. We already rebooked! The host are awesome and very responsive.

The house is very clean, has what you need for a short stay. Water pressure is good in the shower, bed is comfy. The neighborhood is cute and a great place to get in a morning walk before it heats up.

Wonderful experience

I knew it was just right for me when I pulled up and there were quail under a bush. Then the next morning there was a cottontail bunny that ran out from under the bush. Very clean and easy access. Perfect for my purpose.

Emergency "Vacation"!

Our home air-conditioning system died, which in Phoenix in June, is a major emergency, especially for seniors like us. We wanted to stay nearby while having a new one installed. We loved the pictures of Susan and Jeff's property and immediately reserved. When we explained our problem, they were extremely accommodating, even allowing our dog to stay. They told us to head over immediately. Everything was perfect, "state of the art," very clean and exactly as described. Responses about gadgets were quick and easy. Susan and Jeff were lovely. It was like staying at a friend's. Staying there turned our disaster into a mini vacation. We would stay again. We highly recommend that others not hesitate to stay at any property Susan and Jeff have.

Sun City AZ

This is a great little house. Nice remodel and also had a great feel to it. We were in AZ to open up probate and to have my aunt cremated and interred, so it was great to come home to Deanne Dr after rather unpleasant and stressful days. Susan was great in letting us extend our stay as the trip took a little longer than expected. We will probably be coming back soon and hope it will be available to stay there again.
