About this property

Lakefront, Tablerock, Hot tub, Branson

Lakefront, lake view, cozy cottage. Enjoy the lake just a few steps away, or while sitting in your own hot tub on personal deck. This is one of our two our modern-rustic guest cottages, next to our home. If you traveling with friends, and need two cottages, check out our other listing for Water’s Edge cottage. One minute away from Cricket Creek marina/State park, 10 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge/Top of the Rock, and 20 minutes to Branson amenities. 15 miles to world class golfing. Some venues seasonal.
The space
There are steps to get to cottage. Cottage can accommodate two people only. Some cell phone providers have spotty service in lake area. Propane grill available. Small mini kitchen, no oven. The cottage is not kid or pet friendly, for their safety do not book cottage. The internet is satellite. If you have any issues, please let me know. If there is a power outage, we may not be the first they repair, due to be out in the country, we will make sure you have drinking water and flashlights.

For safety please stay off boat dock.
Other things to note
Television is a smart tv. The last 1/4 mile of road to property is a well maintained gravel road. If you leave something at the cottage and I need to mail back, it is a minimum of $10 and I will mail after payment. This is a rural setting. Bugs, snakes and other critters live in the woods. If you leave doors and windows wide open, you could be inviting nature in, both good and bad, especially if you leave lights on and doors open at night.

Wonderful Experience

My wife and I had a great time staying in the Sunset View cabin. We had no issues with our stay and WIFI worked better than expected for being out by the lake. We also had a great time fishing at the lake front and recommend staying here as its just a short drive to Branson. The owners Julie and Mike were very nice and helpful.

Great Place To Stay

We love this place we have stayed at this property multiple time and will continue to stay. Owners are great and quick to respond. Hot tub and the view make it worth every penny!
