Cozy cottage with so much charm

Very nice and relaxing cottage with beautiful views of the lake. Perfect getaway for our Mardi Gras break. We will definitely be back in the summer.

Hot Spring visit

Property and location was great. We were close to downtown and National Parks that we wanted to visit. It was relaxing at night sitting on the deck looking out at the lake.

Great Time

The location of the house was great! Not far at all from downtown and all the activities we had planned! There is also a grocery store right down the street l! Very convenient location and over house! Would definitely stay again.

Great place

The place was great right on the water, two bedroom, perfect for my family of four. We just chilled in the lake, mostly and watched movies at night. The deck is nice. But would be better with an outdoor ceiling fan. Mosquitos were a little bit of an issue without that air flow. The mattresses could use an upgrade, not the most comfortable. Need consistent utensils for cooking Made some pizzas , figured out the pizza cutter was missing or non existent. Also furniture in living room was functional, but we had to rearang to see tv for movies. Suggestion get a sleeper sofa, no tv in one bedroom. Had to do laundry to get clean towel only 5 or 6 there. Also ran out of TP the last night and there wasn’t much to begin with. A few tweets and this place is perfect.

Derby Weekend

My family and friends came down with us for the weekend and we reserved both houses on the property. Both houses were amazing. I enjoy the Cottage house a little more simply because the deck next to the water was fantastic. Both houses fully set up with everything. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Relaxing

The house was very comfy and homey. They had coffee and sugar already set up for us. The hot tub was set and ready to go when we got there. The only thing that happened was after the first night the hot tub went in sleep mode and we did not realize it until our last night there. Not their fault at all just was disappointed we couldn’t take advantage if the hot tub once more. We had a great time though and would definitely stay at one of their properties again.

Quiet getaway

This property was clean, well decorated, comfortable and was just what I was looking for for a three day weekend in Hot Springs. We felt at home in the kitchen and it had everything we needed to cook a couple meals and we also used the grill. The property was quiet and relaxing and the bed was very comfortable.

Lake house

The rental house was very nice, as pictured. Everything was very easy to use which make for more relaxing. What is also nice is how close the stores, lakeside restaurants and downtown are to the house.

Perfect cozy cottage

We were delighted to be able to stay in this cottage. It was spacious and included everything we needed. The view was gorgeous and the hot tub was one of the highlights of our trip.

Cozy cottage with a great view!

We enjoyed staying in this lovely little cottage on the lake. The hot tub and fire pit were great and the back deck was spacious yet cozy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a romantic getaway.

Relaxing stay.

This was my best VRBO experience to date. The cabin was so well stocked for your every need. Everything worked. The back patio and deck were amazing with a wonderful view. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds coming to the feeder. Had a great time fishing off the dock. Mainly caught perch but did have big catfish on for a little bit. Enjoyed the book " The Vapors" so much I had to order my own copy so I could finish it. . Thank you for sharing this amazing cabin.

Perfect lake house at Hot Springs

We had a great family vacations at Dona's lake house! Perfect location close to many attractions and parks in Hot Springs. The house has everything you need, and great views from back deck. The hot tub was a plus after a long day hiking! Loved it!

Relaxing Stay

Very clean and cozy place with a great deck and view of the Ouachita River. The property owners were very accommodating and communication was exceptional...The cottage is just a short drive from downtown and pretty much everything else we wanted to see/do while we were in town. There's a nice grocery store right down the road, which was convenient. The area is very quiet as well. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing Getaway

We loved our stay at this beautiful and cozy little cottage on the lake. Lots of space for me and my teenagers. My favorite spot was sitting on the amazing deck looking out over the lake. The hosts went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed😊 We would definitely like to visit again!

Reunion after 38 years

The property is amazing. Very clean and well kept. The grounds are well kept and wonderful enjoy. The boat dock is very nice for a smaller boat and the water is plenty deep. Total home run with this Cottage.
