This luxury two-level beachfront villa features five ample bedrooms, five spacious bathrooms, a magnificent private pool, and its own private access to Medano Beach. The Space:
The villa’s master bedroom is located on the first level and has a king size bed, a luxurious bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a balcony with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. On the same level, there is a second bedroom with two double size beds, a third bedroom with a queen size bed, and a fourth bedroom with a king size bed and partial ocean views. All bedrooms have their own spacious bathrooms.

On the villa's ground level, there is a spacious outdoor area featuring a magnificent infinity pool and a jacuzzi that merge with the Sea of Cortez. There are lounging areas for sunbathing and al fresco margaritas, a state-of-the-art BBQ, and a dining table for ocean breeze-suffused meals.

The ground level includes a comfortable living room adjacent to a dining area for ten and a fully-stocked kitchen. The living area is connected to the pool area by means of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, resulting in a single airy, ample space.

The fifth bedroom is located on the ground level and has access to a soothing garden. In addition to the garden, this luxury villa features a secluded patio with a fireplace.
