When I bought Emerald Isle Resort 1502, I was looking for a huge spacious balcony with perfect views of the beautiful water and beach, I was looking for elevators that work with no long wait lines, I was looking for same side of the street parking and I found a 10 rating for each of those at Emerald Isle Resort. The condo has been updated with new balcony furniture, new flooring throughout new ceiling fans, light fixtures, appliances, and new mattresses just to name a few updates. You will fall in love with the view from the very spacious balcony. We would love for you to stay with us! Safe travels!

Lovely
The condo was very clean, the chair service was wonderful and the guys were so incredibly nice…our last couple of days were extremely hot so we brought our own chairs (some in the condo) and sat closer to the water and they brought our umbrella down. We had a wonderful stay in a lovely condo.

Great Location
We had a great 10-day stay. It was the perfect location and the condo was very clean. We got to see dolphins, a manta ray, and even a manatee from the balcony. I have been visiting Panama for years and have never seen a manatee that close to the beach. It was amazing.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The communication from the condo owner to even the resort management was great. We enjoyed that it wasn’t located in the super busy area but in the more calmer area. The condo was immaculate. Everything was as pictured! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Lasting Memories with Beautiful Views
The location of the property was perfect! Beautiful views from the spacious balcony. Also the furniture on the balcony is the best! The condo was everything I had read in the reviews. I loved that there wasn't any carpet and leather furniture. The mattresses were comfortable. The shower could have had a little more pressure. It was difficult to get my hair rinsed quickly. Jerry was great to answer all my questions, give specific details regarding the rental, and check- in process. Would highly recommend!

great location, great views, quality furniture. Would stay again. Do note to bring your own shampoo, soap, etc as well as extra toilet paper (one roll per bathroom is provided). Recommend bringing your own beach towels too. Kitchen: bring your own dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent. If you plan on cooking, you’ll need your own oil etc. salt and pepper are the only provisions.

The Condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked, clean and the balcony was above and beyond with high quality furniture and enough seating for our group. Our ONLY issues the hole weekend were with the beach chair management provider which the condo owner has no control over. It just made us want to stay on the balcony instead! Would love to rent again.

Haven't been to Panama City Beach in 10 years...don't know why I waited so long to return. Stayed for a week at Jerry's place and was the perfect time for our stay. Spring Break was done, kids are still in school, and the beaches were pretty empty. This was exactly what my wife and I were hoping for while relaxing on the beach. The condo was nice, too, as we were able to sit onnthebdeck andbwatch the sunsets. Place was very clean, and had everything we needed for cooking. The only thing I was surprised with was needing to purchase detergent for the dishwasher, and toilet paper when the current roll was finished. Not a complaint, but I haven't stayed anywhere that didn't already have those available in the cabinets or drawers if/when needed. Overall, a great place to stay and relax!

Perfect in every way!
I can not say enough good things about this place! You can tell a lot of thought was put into this unit. It is beautifully furnished and the kitchen and bathrooms are well supplied. It was also very clean! And the view is AMAZING!!! Emerald Isle is in a great location, close to all everything we needed. This will be our first choice for our next trip!

Stop searching-this is the one!
We had a great stay this week. Place was beautiful, clean and the view was out of this world! The balcony was our favorite place by far! Communication with owner was great. Freezer made good ice, never needed to buy ice. You will need to bring extra toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry and dish soap. There are a few Walmarts and dollar stores close. Plenty of kitchen appliances/pans/etc. Beds were comfortable. There are a couple beach chairs, towels and beach toys which was nice too. Staff at building very friendly. Building was clean, well maintained. Kids loved the heated pool and quick access to the beach. 2 miles to pier park, parking is free there so it was easy. The restaurant across the street-Mikes was delicious! If we come back to PCB, would definitely stay here again.

Super close to Beach!!
The beach is just right there!!! - no hikes over long hilly sand dune pathways. Balcony was big with a great view. Emerald Isle has 4 elevators and they were fast. Heated indoor/outdoor pool was warm like bath water! Hot tub was giant and hot. The polar plunge pool was cold - grandkids tested it out 2x but preferred the heated pool. You must bring - salt, pepper, spices, condiments, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen and bath handwash soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash. There was one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We had 1 extra garbage bag for the kitchen and there was an extra as well in the bathrooms. Don't forget your pool/beach towels and beach chairs. The book on the table in the livingroom is a good book - I read it in 2 days. The office on floor 4 where you get your $40 parking pass has lots of books in the shelf in the lounge. Parking was snug but being off season we did not have any trouble getting a spot on the ground floor. We would defiantly stay again. :)

Needs a good cleaning and some maintenance
The door was open when we arrived which was a little disconcerting. There were no instructions for operating the TV in the living room (there were multiple remotes) or the Nest thermostat. There was no channel guide. Based on the noises it was making, the microwave is on its last leg. The refrigerator sounded like it was popping corn for about 30 seconds after the compressor kicked on. The toilet in the guest bedroom wobbled. The ceiling fan blades haven't been cleaned in quite a while. There was major dust under the Master bed along with a water bottle and other items. The exhaust fan in the Master bath was covered in dust. There was what appeared to be a bloody thumb print on the door to the Master bedroom. The return air grille in the Living room was very dusty and it is mounted upside down so you can see that there is a considerable amount of dust and dust bunnies in the return air chase. It was obvious from looking at the air supply grilles on the ceiling that the a/c filter isn't changed often enough because there was dirt on and around them. There are areas of the porcelain(?) wood look flooring that are uneven that you have to be careful not to catch the front of your shoes on. I have pictures if anyone wants to see them.

We had a great stay, this made our second year in this same condo and i was just as pleased the this time as I was the fist time we stayed if not more. Every time we walk in the condo for the first time I say Out loud “can I just live here” we can’t wait to come back again in the future. It’s so tough leaving at the end of vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle. Plenty of privacy, beach wasn't crowded, and the condo itself was immaculate! Very well updated with nice features, full kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you would need, and a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. We loved the location as well - close enough to restaurants, groceries, etc. but away from the city center which made it a perfect fit for our relaxing getaway. We 100% will be booking again!

This was absolutely the best vacation ever!!! The apartment was spotless; the view amazing!!! We so enjoyed the immediate access to the beach!! Too many superb restaurants to choose from. Security was top notch, inconspicuous. We are already planning next summer’s visit.

Very nice condo
Took my family for a week and really enjoyed the condo. The furniture was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed for vacation. We really enjoyed the bin of beach toys and chairs on the back porch. We will try and rebook the condo next year. Highly recommend.
