At the same time Plouha is an ideal starting point for trips to explore some of the most charming historic towns , natural monuments and cultural heritage of Brittany. Plouha is known as a popular residence for retirees , but also for families with children. And popular because of the traditional festivals " Fest Noz " with music and dances in Breton tradition. This detached, modern, but tailored in style villa with sea views is a non-smoker house. It is quietly situated in a nature reserve of the " Pointe de Plouha ", the highest point of the cliffs of the Côtes d'Armor, in a small hamlet with almost exclusively traditional stone houses ( quiet cul de sac - no through traffic) .
