Villers sur Mer is a small seaside town between Houlgate and Deauville, in the Pays d'Auge, Calvados department (14). The apartment is located on the heights of Villers in the heart of a 5-hectare green park, the "Les Marines" residence. It takes between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the sea by taking a pretty path that joins the church and the city center. From the balcony, you can enjoy a lovely view of the sea and the park. The residence is very quiet and this calm must be respected according to the rules of the co-ownership. The 37m2 apartment consists of a main room and a fully equipped semi-open kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, various household appliances including a raclette/fondue/plancha combination. A large screen TV in the living room with a Freebox and therefore access to all the channels offered by Free and the possibility of accessing Netflix. The master bedroom consists of a Rapido sofa (with a comfortable 140 mattress like in a real bed) which easily transforms into a bed so that during the day, the room can be transformed into a living room. A cabin bedroom with two bunk beds. Finally, a separate toilet and a shower room where there is a washing machine. The apartment was completely renovated in spring 2024. It is recommended for a maximum of 4 people, ideally 2 adults + 2 children maximum. The rental implies the following rules: No partying: in the event of noise or other nuisance, you will be asked to leave the apartment without reimbursement of the rental costs. The accommodation must be returned as clean as at the start of the rental and in the same condition (i.e. new). If a dog is present, please let us know, knowing that only a small dog will possibly be allowed on condition that it does not risk damaging the accommodation. Towels and sheets are not provided except with our agreement. For arrival and departure times, we can be flexible. Cleaning must be perfectly done before leaving.
