GMH: Family home with small braai for quiet groups

Soak up the serenity of this sun-filled, spacious home. Modern finishes complimented by earthy, homely touches. Sunset porch overlooking the front garden with a small portable braai. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms. Very large open living space with lounge, dining area and kitchen with scullery. You will not be disappointed with what this house has on offer to the discerning guest. NB: Please note we strictly do not permit parties, events or get togethers with outside guests.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the front patio overlooking the white rose garden. Imbibe a sundowner on the front patio as you admire the orange and pink sunset colours. Soak your tired muscles in the oversized bath with bubbles up to your chin, book in hand, glass of red on the bath stand.

First bathroom has a large modern Victorian-style slipper bath / toilet / basin. The second bathroom has a shower / toilet / basin. Spacious kitchen 5-gas burner hob and electric oven. Scullery with washing machine and dishwasher. Spacious lounge with large curved Smart TV equipped with Open View (OVHD) which is free. Dining table. Front patio is more private and has an elevated view of the garden... this is our favourite spot to sit and enjoy the evenings.

Kindly note the Main House is not serviced (i.e. cleaned) daily. The cleaning fee in the booking charges is a one-time charge per booking for general cleaning at the end of your stay and for the laundry costs, however this cleaning fee does mean you are permitted to leave the house in a complete mess. Please ensure to clean up after yourself to a reasonable degree and wash your dishes before departure.

Please note that we have 3 other rental units on the property. The main house is private and has it's own space. However, as the other 3 tenants are in close proximity to the house, we ask you to please take this into consideration before booking the house. Quiet time after 9pm is a house rule. No parties or loud get-togethers. Only those booked for are permitted to be at the house, no additional day or night visitors are permitted. We are not a venue for hire, we are looking only for quiet groups to book the house. No smoking of any kind, which includes hubbly bubbly.

The daily rate is negotiable depending on length of stay & how many people are staying at a time. We do have a minimum monthly rate, which you are welcome to enquire about.

No smoking of any kind inside the house (this includes e-cigarettes and hubbly bubbly). If you are a smoker, please only smoke in the driveway and discard of your ash and butts in a responsible manner. Please see our house rules for further information in this regard.

There are 3 other Airbnb units on the property, each with their own entrance, privacy and facilities.

No parties. No noise after 9pm.
