Mountain & River Ranch Getaway 1500 private acres
Large ranch with 8000 sqft main house + lookout tower. Ideal for large group getaways. Unique opportunity to rent 1500 private acres with private access to the Eel River. Sleeps 16+ in various bedrooms from spacious to small. Huge great room with central fireplace. Pool table, two pianos, foosball, ping-pong. Two porches.
Great for mountain bikes. Fishing and Skeet Shooting can be arranged with advance notice for extra charge.
We can accommodate groups larger than 16 by special request. Regardless of the group size, daily rate is calculated as follows: Base rate of $1200 is for 8 guests, then add $75/day per guest for additional. Dogs allowed, $200/stay.
The Tower (see separate listing) is available as add-on for $300/night (sleeps 1 couple in unique 3-story luxury. Ideal for the "couple of honor" in a getaway group.
The nearest airport is Santa Rosa, which is served by Alaska, American and Avelo.
Santa Rosa Airport also has a helicopter charter service (Helico) that can transfer people directly from airport to the ranch, landing at the ranch Helipad.

About the host
Hosted by Round Valley Ranch
We have owned this property since 2001 and gradually developed it into our personal retreat for family and friends. It is our second home, and we still use it at least one weekend a month, but since there are still many weekends and holidays we are not there, it makes sense to share it with others, while helping to cover the significant costs to maintain this large property.

The property has extraordinary natural beauty and privacy of 1500 acres. You will be looking miles in the distance at mountains and the river, without sign of other human activity.
