Enjoy beautiful water views from this light-filled condo with three levels of furnished living space. The main level features a living room with views of the water and a large screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and dining space. There is a bedroom with twin beds and a three quarter bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). Sliding doors from the dining and living room allow access to the deck overlooking the water, with Weber grill. Upstairs you will find a cozy loft sitting area and master bedroom suite with queen bed and a full bathroom (with Jacuzzi tub and shower). The lower level offering a pretty view of the water through two sets of sliding doors, has a queen bed, and a sitting area with pullout sofa, TV, and three quarter bathroom.
Located in the desirable four-season community of Eastman. Eastman offers outdoor recreation opportunities for each of the changing seasons. Enjoy 36 km of cross-country ski trails, as well as snowshoeing and more. Plus an indoor pool and exercise facility for year-round use. Just 20 minutes to Hanover, NH and Lebanon, NH, as well as Lake Sunapee and Mount Sunapee.
