Renovated in 2021! New vinyl flooring throughout, fresh paint and wallpaper in every room! Furniture is all brand new purchased in 2021 including 4K Oled TVs, 3 remote adjustable beds, couches, tables, LED ambient lighting in living area and kitchen. Multi-color changing pool light, indoor and outdoor ceiling fans are all brand new. New baseboards, door casings, faucet and fixtures! The bathrooms are all fully renovated too!
What makes this property unique
Located in the wonderful community of Crown Pointe offering large lake views, community clubhouse, heated community swimming pool with lounge chairs and tables, fitness center with sauna and locker rooms open from 6a-9p, 7 days a week. Also lighted community tennis courts with light out at 10p.
