Welcome to the Lofty Pelican! This contemporary beach home has a very open and airy feeling with 20-foot high cathedral ceilings, natural wood beams, and sweeping ocean and sunset views. From this home’s 24-foot long front deck you can relax to the sounds of crashing waves while sipping a favorite beverage in bliss. Plus, you are only steps away from access to Heceta Beach with its miles of sandy shoreline!

The main living space is on the second floor and features floor-to-ceiling windows to showcase the open concept and ocean views in every direction. The well-appointed, full kitchen comes complete with a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, and yes, even a dishwasher! Everything you need to prepare and enjoy your fresh catch seafood dinner. The primary bedroom is also located on the main floor and features a new king-size bed, dresser, and a 32” Roku Smart TV (one of three Roku TVs in the home). There is also a two-car garage with a convenient bathroom and a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer on the first floor, so you can pack light and keep up on those salty and sandy clothes. There is a second toilet in the garage.

The upstairs loft provides even more living space to enjoy your time at the beach. Whether playing one of the musical instruments provided, relaxing on the sofa and watching TV, or sitting at the table playing cards or board games, you’re sure to have a fun time with family and friends.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
