The Bywater neighborhood is renowned for its culinary scene as well as friendly Southern hospitality. Walk a few blocks to Bacchanal, the restaurant & bar that consistently tops tourists' “must-visit” lists, or discover your own foodie favorites like amazing BBQ restaurant The Joint. With its close proximity to the French Quarter and no shortage of things to do right around our home, this is the perfect location to soak up everything Nola has to offer.
All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals' favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by bike or Uber. The main Bywater dives (The Country Club, Oaxalis, Suis Generis, Elizabeth's, etc.) are less than a 5 minute walk. The French Quarter is a short taxi/uber away; however, many locals prefer to spend time here in the Marigny/Bywater, on Frenchman Street, or in the local galleries, restaurants, bars, and cafes that are all nearby.
Walking in this neighborhood is safe, but we do recommend that you be aware of your surroundings at all times and make sure the door is locked as you come and go.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
