A wonderful 3 bedroom townhome at Grand Park. Sleep up to 8 persons with great views, open floor plan and private outdoor hot tub. Pet friendly!
The main level with living, kitchen and dining and access to the private patio. Gas fireplace, flat screen TV and half bath. Upstairs bedrooms: Master: King bed, en-suite bath. Second bedroom: King bed. Third bedroom: 2 Queen bunk beds. There is also a full hall bath and laundry room.

Great location and home!
Very clean rental with plenty of space. Close to Winter Park. I would stay there again. The bunk room is a queen size bunk bed!

Winter Park Stay
The house was clean and in a great location. The Lift bus line stops feet from the front door, and takes you directly to the resort for skiing. Very convenient! Lovely & quiet neighborhood that was dog friendly. Very close to downtown Winter Park. We would stay here again.

The house was clean and comfortable, just as listed. Towels were soft and all the amenities were great. The washing machine was a little smelly but not a problem.

Great Location and Nice Amenities
We had 3 couples stay here for a ski visit. This place was the perfect size for us. We enjoyed the private hot tub as well as the extra TVs. While we didn't use it, the WP bus that takes skiers to the village was right across the street and we saw numerous individuals use it. This seemed very convenient. There was a little noise from trains - but we only noticed it one evening. We would stay here again.

Mtn getaway
First time with our family in the mountains. Overall house was in a good location and had enough space. There were a few things we struggled with - number one was the lack of baby gate. There were a lot of other pieces of baby equipment - but with the lever style doors, and no ability to keep a toddler from exiting it was touch and go. Thankful the door locks could mostly be unblocked with a butter knife when our 2 yr old locked himself in his room. Also be aware that the bunk bed on top has no rail on the end. Our child fell off - so for sure don’t let kids who wiggle up there. Overall it was a good location but could have been set up better for families.
