Fantastic place for family stay - highly recommend!
Communication with host was excellent! House was perfect place for our family to relax after a hard day of sightseeing. We especially loved the jenga!! Highly recommend!
We went for a few nights to ride the train to the Grand Canyon. The house was clean and had a lot of beds, fresh linens and a welcome basket. It was perfect for our short stay.
We stayed here for two nights and it was wonderful. The porperty was super clean, very well stocked and had a little bit for all ages woth toys, trampoline and more for kids and movies, blankets and games for adults. The location was perfect to drive to grand canyon, bearizona, downtown. We will definitely recommend this property and host to friends and family. Thank you!
We are working in the area and needed a place to stay. This house suited our needs perfectly

Overall moderate satisfaction
Overall the description online was accurate. I was disappointed to find out the espresso machine was broken. Only two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom were left for guests. The heater thermostat has a sign to always leave on 70 degrees and the temp. Outside was in the 30’s so this was unrealistic to Phoenicians like us.
I would not stay again.
It was perfect for our friend group, the only downside was the snowstorm that was happening. It took a while to get our cars out of the snow with no shovel, as well as get to the front door through the snow. Otherwise, it was very clean and had everything we needed.
We brought our grandkids up to Williams to play in snow for 1st time. The house is 4 minutes from outdoor adventure. The kids couldn't wait to get their snow gear on to play in the snow in the backyard when we first got to the house. We all had a blast and would rent house again. Thank you 😊
We had booked the stay over Christmas as my friends and I had plans to visit the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff and Sedona. This place was exactly in the middle of everything we wanted to do so we loved the location and the rooms were pretty clean with all the amenities. I had a wonderful time with my friends and everyone was happy with the overall experience.
Location-wise, this is a great place to stay if you're doing things in Williams. Very close to both the coaster adventure park and polar express. Only downsides were the train horn in the middle of the night (I'm guessing that can't be avoided anywhere in Williams) and the bed being too hard (personal preference). It was also hard to get the water temp good for a shower (either way too hot or would turn too cold when trying to get it warm, but I'm sure that was user error...water pressure was excellent!) But, overall it was good and we'd stay again.
Property was clean and roomy enough for 9 people. Convenient to Natioal parks and hikes. Air conditioning was subjective. Central air did not work. A window unit was on the ground in the back yard and in the living room and master bedroom there were portable air conditioning units. Fans were placed around the home. They worked but did not cool home sufficiently for July 90 + degrees weather.
Otherwise, home suited our needs.
We had a 4 day rodeo in Williams to attend. The location was close to the arena. Exactly what I had asked for. The house was clean and set up for family cooking . It was exactly what I needed
