"The Mod" is located on a secluded knoll overlooking a private wooded and pasture area. Decorated with a modern, industrial rustic feel for you to spend your Fall nights. In this tranquil setting you may have a Turkey wander near. Our large deck welcomes your entry as well as providing a great place for breakfast. Enjoy reading a book on the antique glider or enjoy a nap in the hammock. Your private area includes a grill and large fire pit area to enjoy the night stars. Enter through the modern style door to enjoy your full kitchen with cabinets, granite countertops & kitchen essentials. Enjoy breakfast on the peninsula island and then later dine at the small table with leather chairs overlooking the field The living area consist of a modern couch and recliner to enjoy your favorite TV show. A separate bedroom is decorated with a unique moss green headboard that lures you to enjoy a great book. The bathroom continues to reflect the rustic modern feel with custom tile work, towel warmer and bidet.

Saluda is home to the Green River Gamelands with great hiking trails, water falls & Kayaking (Pot Shoals Drop in within 5 minutes). The Gorge Zip-line is less than 3 miles away. Green River Cove Tubing provides a relaxing afternoon. Rock Creek Biking (home to Gravity MTB National Championships ) is in nearby Zirconia. So much to see and do or just enjoy staying at the Camp!
Downtown Saluda is within 5 minutes, Hendersonville 15 minutes and Asheville/Biltmore Estate is 36 miles away. Charlotte, Greenville, Spartanburg are just a short drive away. Need more outdoor adventure Brevard is only 30 miles away and the Tryon Equestrian Center is within 25 miles. Green River Narrows close by as well!
**The Barndominium has a second unit "The Loft" that might be rented at the same time. The Mod has its own entrance & own exterior amenities and no common walls.
