Welcome to Rebel Ridge Retreat, a custom built split log home located in the prestigious Eagle Mountain Estates neighborhood and backs to nature preserve!

Entering the home you will find the family room/ den area. With a comfy sofa that offers a pull out bed. Play a friendly game of shuffleboard or watch your favorite show on the large flatscreen TV.

To the right of the family room is the first bedroom offering a queen bed, front deck access, ample closet space and a flatscreen TV.

The second bedroom off the family room is the first master, offering a king bed, upper deck access and a full bath. There is a flatscreen TV and telescope to gaze at the stars from the upper deck.

To the left of the family room area you have the third bedroom, offering a twin over twin bunk with a twin trundle bed and a walk-in closet. There is a flatscreen TV as well.

There is a full bath off the hall adjacent to the family room and a utility room with a full size washer and dryer, available for your use. Head down the hall where you can gain backyard access and enjoy the hot tub.

Completing the entry level is the master suite or fourth bedroom. This room offers a king bed, gas log fireplace and a large master bath with jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. There is ample closet space and a flatscreen TV. You also have deck access to the front of the home and to head out to enjoy the hot tub.

Off the entry and to the left, head upstairs to the living area. With high vaulted ceilings and huge picture windows, enjoy sitting in front of the wood burning fireplace. There is a large flatscreen TV and a DVD player. This open concept area allows for your entire group to gather together with ample space for everyone. Off the family room is a dining table with seating for six, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances including a fridge/freezer, double wall ovens, microwave and dishwasher. There is a walk-in pantry and a large wrap around island with a gas range cooktop. There is plenty of space for meal prep. A standard coffee maker is provided.

Off the kitchen area is additional seating at the occasional table, there is a powder bath off the living area as well. Head out to the back deck to enjoy grilling on the gas barbecue. Enjoy the views of the nature preserve located behind this custom built home. Or if you prefer,  head out to the front deck area to enjoy wooded views of the East end of Big Bear Valley.

City of Big Bear Lake "Good Neighbor Policy"

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
 Home Accessibility: This home has a driveway with an upward pitch that then turns flat for parking. There are four spaces in the driveway. There are twenty two steps to get to the front door or sixteen steps to get to the entry level from inside the garage. Once inside there are fifteen steps from the entry level to the upstairs living area. There is a Master suite with a walk in shower on the entry level. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
