The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 42" flat-screen TV, sliding glass door leading to the balcony, large walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with single and tub/shower combo. The guest room has a double bed, and a matching twin bed, large closet, and attached bathroom with a single vanity, granite, tub/shower combo, and a separate entrance from the dining room also.

For your convenience the condo also has a full washer and dryer, pantry, and outside storage for all of your beach gear. The large balcony has 4 high-top wooden chairs-perfect for spotting dolphins, and one, two person lounger for those wanting to sit back, relax, and take an afternoon siesta.

*Boat Parking: Please let us know when you book if you are interested in boat parking. These spaces are limited and the Wind Drift Association requires boat registration and documents to be complete no less than 7 days prior to check-in. Please note if a reservation is made and check-in is less than 7 days from booking, the reservation is ineligible for boat parking. Decals: $50/day for boat/trailer parking or $300/week + $50 service fee. You may tie it up to a boat slip, but they are first come first served. If all slips are all taken when you pull back up, you will have to take the boat out of the water. When you fill out the require documents by HOA, that will reserve a spot for the boat and trailer, as they are limited to the number. There are no refunds, unless mandatory evacuation.
