Our apartments were renovated in 2015 and are lovingly furnished, the style is Franconian-Scandinavian. The structure of the building dates from the middle of the 20th century and has been lovingly restored by us. We have e.g. B. refurbished wooden floors, plastered walls, no permanently installed carpets etc.
This advertisement refers to the apartment (without kitchen) in our holiday home. This is on the ground floor and has 1 bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and a bathroom with a large shower. The terrace (14 sqm) is an additional treat.
We also have a small apartment for 2-4 people (30 sqm) and a large apartment for 4-6 people (60 sqm plus large terrace) on offer. We have advertised these separately.
All lines, all windows, the heating and all surfaces of the old house were renovated or renewed.
All units have TV, internet, central heating, new bathrooms and wooden floors. The apartments have new kitchens.
Dogs are welcome to come with them if they are not too big (50 cm; 25 kg). They cost € 8 per day. Please ask.
Marktbreit is located at the top of the main triangle on the Main, in the middle of the Franconian wine country on the way to the Steigerwald.
In addition to the impressions of an old Franconian city, the historical and romantic city also offers more than average culinary delights, which is extremely important, at least for us Franconians.
In addition to our own autobahn exit on the A7, 1.2 km away, we also have a well-frequented rail connection on the Würzburg-Ansbach route.
The directly passing Main Cycle Path and several motif cycle paths in the district of Kitzingen offer many opportunities to get around by bike. The Steigerwald is 15 km away, which opens up many options for hikers. We are 20 km from Würzburg, 35 km from Rothenburg o.d.T. and 85 km from Bamberg and Nuremberg. These are all Franconian architectural and cultural pearls!
"HIMMEL & HÖLLE" is a pair of opposites that has it all. Therefore, this is briefly explained here again.
We had an idea while walking after seeing the sign "For Sale" on the old inn "Zur Höll", which was in need of renovation.
After the first inspection, this idea matured, we bought and renovated the building in 2014/15. The aim was to be able to offer guests beautiful apartments (the "sky") across the market.
In addition, part of the idea was to renovate the old guest room (the "hell"). It is now available for celebrations, seminars etc. You can take care of yourself here or book various services such as catering or party service. However, the dining room and the holiday apartments are not rented out at the same time, unless overnight accommodation is booked for the celebration. Tenants of the apartments should be able to sleep in peace.
