The house has a large, partially communal, fenced garden which is child-friendly with a sandbox and toys. There are cots, highchairs, prams (also a bicycle on the back).An additional bed for a 13th person with surcharge is possible.The large garden is closed by a gate in the alley to the street side. Therefore small children cannot come directly out on the street. Bicycles are also available. Parking spaces and/or garage are available.All bedrooms have hot and cold running water.
