🏠 The Chez Léa apartment is a spacious 90m² accommodation ideally located between the historic center of Colmar and the train station. Practical and cozy, this apartment is perfect for a great stay in Colmar with family, friends, or colleagues, whether for a weekend, vacation, or work.

🌞 The kitchen gives access to a small balcony with an electric barbecue.
🛏️ A bedroom with a double bed.
🛏️ Two bedrooms with 2 single beds.
🚿 A bathroom with a shower, washer-dryer.
🚽 A separate toilet.

🧳 The accommodation has plenty of storage space.
🚸 Games and books for children, as well as board games, are available for your use.

🪜 The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator.

🅿️ The property has a private underground parking garage 150m away (maximum vehicle height 1.88m).

🏡 The entire accommodation will be yours. Always with the intention to satisfy you during your stay:

🍼 Traveling with young children? A portable crib and high chairs are available in the accommodation (remember to bring bed linens for the crib or reserve the “baby bed linen” option after booking).

🛏️ Want to sleep in a double bed? Once the reservation is confirmed, you can book a “double bed” option for 30€ per bed, so that the 2 single beds are turned into a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.

🌃 Colmar, a city of art, history, and heritage: Despite the ups and downs of a turbulent history, the city has managed to preserve the exceptional homogeneity of its historic center, which, classified as a "protected sector," has benefited from continuous restoration and enhancement. The large pedestrian area of the old town allows visitors to admire the countless treasures of a heritage that is as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.
Whether it is the Maison des Têtes (built in the early 17th century), which owes its name to the 111 heads that adorn its facade, or the Maison Pfister, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance but with a medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in its kind.
Colmar’s religious art is also very rich: the Church of the Dominicans, which houses the famous "Virgin with the Rose Bush" by the Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Collegiate Church of Saint Martin, are wonderful examples of pure and sober Gothic art, with great simplicity.
As you stroll through the streets, the visitor, amazed, discovers the many beautiful signs, the brightly colored roofs... Walking along the quay of the Poissonnerie, once the nerve center of fishing and fish sales, one falls under the charm of this picturesque district, now known as "Little Venice."

🚭 This apartment and all common areas are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is strictly prohibited.
🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of 250€ for additional cleaning fees.

⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited.

🧹 Bed linen and towels, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes the change of bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment, and sanitizing the bathrooms.

🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, as well as tidy the apartment. If you don’t want to take care of this, you can order an additional “complete cleaning” service for 30€ before your arrival. If this option is not booked in advance, and if these instructions are not followed, you will incur a penalty of 60€ for cleaning fees.

📝 A digital contract must be signed, and your ID will be requested through the Yaago platform after booking, along with the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people staying does not match the reservation, we reserve the right to deny access to the property.
