Although this is an older home, it is priced accordingly to reflect its age and the surrounding neighborhood. We want to assure you that we have not experienced any safety concerns during our time here. If you’re looking for an authentic city experience, this is the place for you.
Located conveniently ~3 miles away from the Georgia Aquarium, Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, GWCC, Centennial park, Georgia Tech. Easy access to highway and 1 mile from MARTA station.
