Renovated in 2014 villa is located in a quiet residential area on a hill in the foothills of the Massif des Maures. From detached house and the terraces you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Bay of Hyeres with the Giens Peninsula and the Ile de Porquerolles. The garden has two cork trees and a patio canopy shade, but depending on your taste and season well enough sunny places. The 12 x 6 m pool is located in a somewhat lower part of the garden. Home and Garden have so they always find a south-west location, a suitable spot with a good view. The house has a dedicated parking (additional visitor parking spaces are also available), which is located at a dead end. The access to the property then is achieved by several stages. The plots are arranged so that you are undisturbed in the house and garden.
