This marvelous Mid-Century modern home has been completely remodeled from the ground up with all new kitchen, two bathrooms, remote controlled salt water pool with waterfall and spa-hot tub. The house is furnished in a retro-modern decor with high ceilings in the living room and kitchen, light wood floors throughout, and modern appliances and conveniences that would be expected in a well-appointed Palm Springs getaway. This home is located in a quiet, friendly, family neighborhood close to Demuth Park and all the shopping, dining, and recreation that Palm Springs is famous for.

The home sleeps eight with a King Primary bedroom including a private bath and two Queen bedrooms -- making it a perfect fit for a family or up to three couples. Two convertible sofas in the living room allow for two additional sleeping areas for kids. The kitchen is complete, including a microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and seating for six at the dining table.

Close to everything

We had a wonderful stay! From getting fresh citrus from the backyard to swimming in a sparkling pool. Very quiet and serene. Love looking at the mountains. Well stocked kitchen! Pickleball within walking distance where you can get in on games. I thought maybe the close proximity to airport would be a problem. No problem. Lots of great hiking trails super close. Beautiful! Frank and Tony were very kind and welcoming. Thanks again!

Very inviting

This was our third stay at this property so obviously we like it. We love it because the owner and property manager are very personable and accommodating. They provided a keurig coffee maker when we asked. This time we had our dog with us and the nearby Demuth park was perfect for dog walks and people watching. We could also walk to a nearby gym. There is so much to do in Palm Springs and again the location is convenient. We visited museums, architecture tours, activités at Sunnylands and in Rancho Mirage. We hiked and visited Idyllwild. Best of all is coming back to the pool and hot tub in the beautiful landscaped yard and relaxing with a view of the mountain. We plan to return for more sunshine treatment.

Very Nice House and Pool

The house was in great shape the pool was perfect with the hot tub. Very well organized and up to date with everything we needed for a great stay. Location is very close to airport which can be a bit noisy at times if that is a concern.

Great Rental Home

A great rental home! Very quiet neighborhood with a very private backyard salt water pool and hot tub. The home is well stocked with all the amenities you could need. 12 pickleball courts are within walking distance away. The property manager is great and is quick to help if needed. We loved our stay!!

Best Ever Palm Springs Rental

Everything about our month-long stay was perfect. The property manager, Frank, is responsive, informative, and helpful. The property owner, Tony, has created a beautiful property. Great mid-century home that is very nicely decorated. The kitchen has any dish, pan, or utensil you’ll need, as well as basic condiments and paper goods. The outdoor space is beautiful and very private. Many seats outside to choose from for your time in the sun. Convenient to shopping and great restaurants. We would stay there again!

This is our second stay and there is a reason for that. We stayed 2 weeks. It is like a mini resort. House is well supplied and comfortable. Pool and hot tub welcoming after a long day of hiking or visiting sights. Loved walking in nearby park and joined gym within walking distance. Relaxing in lovely very private landscaped yard if we decided to just take a day off. Check in with Frank is easy and he will provide suggestions on restaurants and sights. Thanks Frank for telling us about Çabot House. Within 30 minutes can be at several major parks or Indian reservations.

Perfect Oasis for the Holidays

This is my second time renting one of Tony's properties in the DelMuth park neighborhood of Palm Springs. The house was well appointed, attractive and very clean. Frank, Tony's property manager, is always friendly and helpful upon arrival and available as needed. The house location is very convenient to the airport and downtown. A few girlfriends and I stayed in the house for Thanksgiving week with the intention of relaxing in the hot tub and pool, and enjoying a few local attractions. We spent one day visiting the Salton Sea, Salvation Mountain and the outdoor maker-museum at East Jesus (check them out!). We spent other days at Joshua Tree National Park, Indian Canyons and downtown Palm Springs. We had a great week in a great house!

Great Place to Stay

The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and the property manager, Frank, was extremely nice and welcoming. He was quick to respond to us when we had a question. The house was very clean, cool and comfortable. It was conveniently located about 5 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs and close to the airport. Didn't really notice the planes that much either. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Relaxing in Palm springs

My husband and I and our adult son and his girlfriend had a great time staying at this property which is landscaped with desert plants and has an indoor our feel. Lovely view of mountain. We used the hot tub and pool to relax in after our days’ adventure. Location was great for exploring downtown and the area as near a major highway. We came for the Indian wells tennis tournament which was only a 30 minute drive and did hiking on Indian Reservation and museums. We ate out in restaurants and found the kitchen equipped for some in house cooking and barbecue. Frank brought us the most delicious grapefruit we’ve ever had and was prompt in any questions we had. We were sorry to leave and hope to be back.

Frankly, it was great

Usually we stay downtown but we were lucky to find this place as choices were slim. Neighborhood looked rundown but there were several properties that had been renovated and more in process. Frank, the on site property host, assured us that it was a quiet working class neighborhood and it was. Frank was a joy to work with. He met us at the house with a gift of fresh citrus from his tree and walked us through the house. It suited our needs perfectly. Very clean with a well appointed kitchen. The exterior landscaping and back yard were wonderful. If the weather had been a little warmer we would have loved to spend more time out there. The owner has a great asset in Frank. Our questions and needs were promptly and cheerfully responded to. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great outdoor space!

Check-in was a breeze, met with Frank the Property Manager who showed us through the home and left us with fresh grapefruit. Extremely helpful, with promises of more grapefruit if desired! The house was as advertised, clean and beds were extremely comfortable. A little closer to the airport than we would like, but you get used to the airplanes and you are close to town. They offer extra touches like dimmer switches in all of the rooms and sound machines in the bedrooms. We spent most our time in the lovely private backyard in the pool and enjoying the jacuzzi. Beautiful place to enjoy your morning coffee.

Great pool and yard!

Great property! Frank made us feel very welcome and was quick to respond to any questions. For a couple, this space worked well and had everything that we needed with a good kitchen and living space. The pool and hot tub functioned flawlessly which is a first in my rental experience. I enjoyed the outdoor space a lot. The BBQ also worked without issues - hooray! The airport noise was not an issue for us. Demuth Park is close for walking. The neighbourhood is up and coming so a little less charming but was totally fine for our visit. Overall, this is a great property for renting.

Perfect!

We loved our stay here. It was perfect for our family of six-including four children ages six and under. We enjoyed splashing around in the pool, cooking meals in the well stocked kitchen and of course enjoying everything that Palm Springs has to offer. The house is centrally located and it was easy to access grocery stores, downtown Palm Springs, restaurants, and kid friendly activities like parks, the air museum, the Living Desert in Palm Desert. Frank was an amazing host and always available to answer questions! Thanks!

Wonderful house to spend a post COVID family vacation. House and pool are immaculate, comfortable - great accommodations with everything we needed for a relaxing week long stay . Wonderful retreat!

My partner and I rented this property for a week and had a staycation. Wonderful experience overall! The property is clean, private and full of amenities! The house is in wonderful condition and the pool and hotub are cleaned twice a week. The house has great flow and the outside areas include a living area and dining area overlooking the pool. Perfect COVID Thanksgiving getaway!

This gem of a house was just ideal for our family of four to escape the grey Seattle weather for a week of sunshine and blue skies in Palm Springs. There was more than enough space for the four of us, two teenagers, and the kitchen was terrifically well-equipped for pulling off a Thanksgiving dinner! The pool and hot tub were also fabulous. The caretaker, Frank, was super responsive and helpful, bringing us fresh grapefruit daily! Thank you SO much, Frank and Tony!

Ahhhhhhh!

Three gals, four nights of Ahhhhhh~ It was clean, (the kept up kinda clean, not a desperate clean) well furnished (furnishings were fresh) and! we felt safe there. The Property Manager was gracious; he introduced us to the home and left us no doubt he would respond should we have a need. The back yard set up rocked; plenty of shade or sun and seating. We each agreed we’d like to return to this VRBO.
