Absolutely loved the house! There needed to be a fob to access the garage. It was a hassell to utilize it without that. Everything was as pictured and beautiful!
Very clean. A lot more roomy then I thought it was going to be. Too many leaves to get a good view of mountains, but really quite and relaxing. All loved the games and kept them busy too.
This property is 100% worth it! It has a little something for everybody and is in a super convenient location to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge while still being out of the city! Definitely would stay again and recommend as a place to stay to others! The property managers were super helpful and nice!
A great time in the mountains and the house was great for our family. A few things needs to be addressed. The water pressure was WAS VERY low and hot water went in and out. The outdoor grill had a terrible smell and we couldn’t enjoy sitting on the porch. Otherwise, a perfect location.
Nice property and great location! Very clean. Only a few amenities were missing and were reported to the office promptly. Our request for blankets was fulfilled immediately. Parking was great for 5 vehicles. House is updated but there are a few things that need attention (minor) before the next renters. The games were great and kept the kids occupied the entire time we were at the house. Plenty of eating space and chairs. Plenty of seating in living areas. Large comfortable beds. Very accomodating. Large kitchen.
It was set up great and roomy everyone was impressed . One drain was clogged and water pressure was light and previous guest left garage down in the back yard . But the over all stay was great great great!!!!!!!!! I would stay again !!!!!
The property was very nice. It seems to need a little updating. There were no brooms to sweep with. It rained pretty hard on Saturday the 29th and the walls leaked around the stairs. Besides small maintenance things like those, it was a very nice spacious home. I really enjoyed the stay.
Lots of room and great location. The shuffleboard game was fun after the kids went to bed. A fun tournament for siblings and their spouses. Loved parking cars in garage.
A little challenging to place pack and plays but worked out well for us.
The kids room off the garage was a nice room but didn't have air-conditioning vent. It worked out for our 88 year old mom that likes it hot. Take a fan of planning to put kids in the small room.
The only negative is that some maintenance was needed. Nothing that spoiled our trip but a few dings here and there. Let the water run a sec before putting clothes in washer if planning to wash a load. Taking color guard sheets helped.
Would we stay here again, yes!
The property is well maintained with lots of amenities. Kids were well entertained by all the games. Smart TVs in every room. There is a second fridge in the basement and an outdoor hot tub we did not use. The upper level contains 3 rooms for a total of 3 king beds. The main level contains 1 king and a semi-private bath with a very small shower. The bunk beds are in the basement. There were frequent small centipedes in the basement but did not cause much of a nuisance. The wifi did not work well on the second floor. The laundry room is on the main level and worked well. The bed mattresses are on the firm side. The beds are high, which could be difficult to climb into for someone with a disability. The long dining table worked out great. The kitchen did not claim to be fully stocked, but we had to purchase from a local store our own saute pan (existing pans were teflon and all scratched up), bbq tongs, cooking oil, salt, pepper, ziploc bags, and plastic wrap. There was no kleenex or shampoo, had to purchase own. The cabin can be hard to find in the dark -- the road to the property is small and winding. The main road with restaurants and groceries and shops is 7 minutes away. There are two balconies, but no front or back yard.
Very clean, family friendly and plenty of entertainment.
Close to town, but far enough for peacefulness, spaces very comfortable. easy access and communication with property manager was a breeze.
