🏠 The apartment consists of: 🛋️ A living/dining area (with a double sofa bed), 🍽️ A separate, fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine, 🛏️ A first bedroom with a double bed, 🛏️ A second bedroom with three single beds, 🛏️ A third bedroom with two single beds, 🚿 A bathroom with a shower, 🚽 A separate toilet, 🌞 Two small balconies overlooking the street and a large balcony overlooking the courtyard.
🍼 The apartment has a travel cot (this equipment is designed for children weighing no more than 15 kg and under 3 years old). Please remember to bring bedding for the cot, the mattress size is 60x120 cm (only the mattress approved by the manufacturer is available).
🅿️ The accommodation is next to a free on-street parking area (parking France 3 and next to Lycée Kléber). 🛍️ This family-friendly neighbourhood has numerous nearby shops. 🙏 This accommodation is compatible with Shabbat religious practices (a dood and a plata are available upon request when booking).
🏡 The entire accommodation will be yours. Always aiming to satisfy you during your stay: 🧹 The cleaning will be done, 🛏️ The beds will be made with clean sheets, 🧼 Clean towels will be provided, as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel, 📶 Free WiFi connection.

🌃 In the heart of the Contades district, you will have the chance to explore the Neustadt area on foot. Built to showcase Prussian power, Neustadt is known for its grand squares, wide tree-lined avenues, and a perfect blend of monumental architecture and an acute sense of landscape. Today, it is a UNESCO World Heritage site. This fascinating post-Haussmannian district features some architectural extravagances, joyfully combining Italian Neo-Renaissance, Neo-Gothic, and Art Nouveau. Following the destruction of World War II, it remains one of the last examples of German architecture from the late 19th century.
House rules: 🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shishas, and any other smoking devices is prohibited. 🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a 250€ additional cleaning fee.
⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited.
🧹 Bed linen and towels, as well as standard end-of-stay cleaning, are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment, and the bathrooms.
🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order an additional "full cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. If this option is not booked in advance and these instructions are not followed, a 60€ cleaning penalty will be charged.
📝 You will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide your ID through the Yaago platform after booking, as well as the information for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people staying does not match the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation.
