INDOOR POOL/1.5 mile to strip/NEW CONSTRUCTION

Welcome to “Cabana on Osprey”. This new construction, 2,301 square foot, cabin features a private indoor pool, 4 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms, and 3 decks. Sleeping a total of 9 people comfortably! The cabin offers a rustic yet high end feel, with brand new high-quality furniture throughout. The pool room is decorated with a fun cabana / tiki theme. Guests will be able to enjoy the sunsets & wooded views from the back decks while in the hot tub or rocking chairs! The cabin is tastefully decorated for each season, to add to your experience.

Cabana on Osprey offers an authentic Smoky Mountain vacation with its exceptional location. While less than 1.5 miles from the Pigeon Forge Parkway, you will find the cabin to be located in a peaceful (slower paced) resort neighborhood. You are minutes from all the exciting attraction and restaurants on the stip. Dollywood is less than 5 miles away! If you are looking to escape the city and enjoy the mountains you are only 12 miles to the entrance to the Smoky Mountain National Park. Whether looking for an action-packed trip or a relaxing get away you, Cabana on Osprey offers everything you want for a great vacation with family or friends.

Upon entering the front door, you walk into an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. The dining table seats 8. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, all new stainless appliances, and a large selection of small appliances and cooking supplies to have a wonderful cooking experience. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area is the living room, featuring two plush leather couches, wall mounted 40” smart tv and a gorgeous, stacked stone accented electric fireplace. Conveniently located adjacent to the living room and kitchen is a half bathroom. The laundry closet is next to the refrigerator. Also, on the main level is bedroom #1 featuring a king bed and en-suite full bathroom. The main level deck has a privacy fence and (4) rocking chairs.

Upstairs you will find bedrooms #2 & #3. Each bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, dresser, smart TV, and rack to hang clothes from. There are 2 separate full bathrooms located upstairs. There is plenty of room for multiple people to get ready for the day’s adventures simultaneously. The kids bunk room is also upstairs. This room has a bunk bed with twin mattresses & an additional twin bed, foosball, arcade game, dresser, and smart TV. If the weather is not cooperating you can stay indoors with the fireplace and play cards or board games. The white cabinet in the hallway offers a selection of games. The upper-level deck also has rocking chairs and is a great place to take in the views.

The indoor heated pool(80f) is on the lower level. There is a self-locking gate to keep all children safe from entering the pool room. The pool is 6’x13’ and 4’ deep (absolutely no diving into the pool). This room is decorated with a tropical theme and even has a tiki bar. There is a 65' smart TV on the wall to allow you to watch your favorite movie or sporting event from the pool! It should be noted that the pool is also professionally serviced between each guest. ** extra charges will apply if there is any sign of soap, chemicals, or bubbles added to the pool ** The 5th bathroom is located on the bottom floor as well.

Outdoor:
Parking at the cabin allows for up to 3 vehicles, please park parallel to the house, and be sure to stay out of the road. Parking area is 65' long. All 3 decks span the side of the house and have rocking chairs so you can take in the sights in comfort. The brand-new gas BBQ grill on the lower deck will allow you to grill up a feast... If you prefer a traditional charcoal grill, there is one of those also on the side on house near the parking area. The lower deck is where you will find the 6-person hot tub, conveniently located steps away from the indoor pool! Guests will be happy to know that the hot tub is completely drained and cleaned prior to your arrival.

Location:
Cabana on Osprey is located 1.25 miles off the Pigeon Forge Parkway at stop light #6 (Pine Mountain Rd.). The roads are relatively flat and well maintained. The drive should not be an issue for any car. You will find a large selection of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping within 5 minutes. If you are heading to the Gatlinburg strip expect a 25-minute drive, 10 minutes past Gatlinburg you will be entering the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. A short 10-minute drive from the cabin will get you to Dollywood! Upon request, we will share a comprehensive list of activities and sights to see.

Other Notes:
This cabin was just completed in September of 2021. This is a brand-new resort community and is still an active construction site. Our cabin is located near the top of the neighborhood and has less noise and traffic, but you should still expect some noise and inconvenience. Workers are actively trying to finish the common area and other homes. Somedays are quieter than others, but please be prepared for noise from 9am to 5pm.
