Beautiful apartment with terrace - 3 bedrooms
For a family stay in the heart of the Côte d\'Azur capital, we invite you to our accommodation with 3 bedrooms & a beautiful covered terrace to enjoy the mild climate of southern France!
Our tastefully decorated and colourful apartment has been optimally arranged to allow everyone to have their own defined space, everything is designed for a most pleasant stay with family or friends!
Bathed in light, the apartment is laid out as follows:
- Upon entering the apartment, you will discover the sleeping area on the right-hand side with three doors leading to the 3 bedrooms: one with a single bed 90x190, the other two are equipped with a standard double bed 140x190. All the bedrooms are equipped with storage (wardrobe/closet) & electric heating. One of them also has an en-suite bathroom with shower & vanity unit.
- You will also find a second bathroom with toilet, vanity unit, towel rail & shower, these are the only toilets in the accommodation.
- The living area has an optimised space including a dining area with table & chairs, a lounge area with sofas, coffee table, Smart TV, free Wifi connection & an equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, kettle, toaster).
- The living room has two French windows leading to the outdoor space: a beautiful covered terrace furnished with table and chairs, armchairs, outdoor sofas.
The bedrooms overlook the street but have double glazing, the neighbourhood & surroundings are relatively quiet.
The accommodation is located in the Barla district, just a stone\'s throw from the iconic Place du Pin, famous for its restaurants & bars in a warm & colourful atmosphere.
You will be only 5 minutes\' walk from the Garibaldi tram station on line 2, connecting the airport & the port of Nice.
The products provided for your stay are welcome products to facilitate your arrival, we do not guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay.
