Love this place!

Very nice condo with plenty of room for 6+ guest, and located close to most restaurants in the area. Wonderful view of Gulf of Mexico too. Safe and secure parking for up to 2 vehicles. If available on my next trip to Orange Beach will stay again.

Cozy with beautiful views all around.
We enjoy staying in this unit. We loved the beautiful views throughout the condo as you could see the beach from every window. We also loved that there was more than plenty of dinnerware and table big enough for a big family. The garage parking was also nice with storage so we didn’t have to bring our beach toys upstairs at all. Overall it was lovely and our family was able to enjoy and relax on this beautiful place.

Fantastic Condo!!
We’ve at the beach for 15 years at many places. This was one of the best! Personal touches, great furniture and great location. A few maintenance issues are being addressed but that’s not on the owner. Would def stay here again!!

Loved this condo. Great Location and close to everything you need. Everything in condo you would need except extra blankets The view was amazing and easy assess to the beach. Condo pretty had everything you needed and kitchen fully stocked with all items. Even had puzzles That my granddaughter worked on the time we were there also beach items were supplied in the garage parking area Only big issues was the satellite did not work the entire stay and to resolve the issue We were expected to stay and wait on Dish network to come and repair. Who wants to wait on the satellite people on vacation on the beach Also the assigned parking in the garage was there but when I parked there I had tickets Put on my car that I was going to be towed because I was not an owner. The parking pass left for us was only guest parking. The kitchen had not been cleaned but the rest of the condo was great. The response when reached out to management was not immediate with no real resolution when they did. Even with those issues I would stay here again

Best in the building!
We’ve stayed in this building but different units over the last couple of years, Tidewater 801 was by far the best! While having new appliances is a nice bonus, it was small things such as having games, plenty of silverware and dishes and other small appliances (blender, coffee pot AND a keurig etc) really set this above the rest. Additionally, this unit has its own parking space in the garage with a storage area. This made going to and from the beach very convenient as all sand toys/chairs/boards etc could be left downstairs instead of traipsing through the units with them. Couple that with the outstanding views and great lounge seating on the balcony, we will absolutely be booking this unit again! 20/10

Family Getaway
Overall the property totally delivered what was expected. Great views, well appointed furnishings (We especially enjoyed having both the Keurig plus the traditional coffee maker) , and the kitchen/partial bath updates were super. Suggestions are to upgrade toilets and bathtubs and replace all carpeting in the bedrooms. The cleaning crew could do well to more thoroughly vacuum, however, as we saw indications of some missed spots on the floors. This being said, I would definitely book 801 Tidewater again!

Wonderful relaxing getaway!
This condo was perfect for our family. Everything was incredibly clean and comfortable for our five night stay. Upgrades have been made throughout and the decor is very bright and well done. The location directly on the beach couldn’t be better and our kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools as well. We look forward to another stay here in the future!

Great room with a great view
This was a great condo! It is a corner room with 2 balconies (one on ocean side and the other one r the parking lot but able to see the canal). It is very spacious and easily accommodated my family of 6. Also an added bonus that there were 2 beach chairs in a closet so that was wonderful to be able to use them. The condo was clean and up to date. Would definitely stay here again!
