This lovely three-bedroom condo is your ticket to a fun-filled vacation on the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy the numerous on-site resort amenities that include a community fitness center, a shared pool, and even a sauna. This resort enjoys direct beach access, so you can spend a whole afternoon relaxing by the shoreline before taking the elevator up to easily access this ninth-floor suite!

Great place!

The condo was great! We have stayed at the Palms several times over many years and this is a very well done and updated unit. We would ask for a better/larger water heater for showers...that would be our only issue for a party of 7 staying in the condo. Great furniture and appliances for the kitchen and overall a great place to stay!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!

This condo has every view imaginable! Most beautiful stay that we have ever had over the last 10 years in Orange Beach. I cannot say anything negative about it. It was convenient and close to everything you would ever need. The beach was so clean and kept up with for this place. We met so many new people while staying on the beach, and everyone said the same positive things. We will definitely be back to this same condo. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, large living room with the most beautiful views. We watched the dolphins every morning from the balcony while drinking coffee. I can’t say enough good things. You will LOVE this place.

Fantastic Beach Condo for Family

The location and layout were fantastic--best I've had and I've been doing beachfront condos for a number of years now. The balcony was huge, so seeing and hearing the ocean from that everyday was exactly what we wanted!!!

Good view but issues

We’ve stayed here in the past and this time was a bit disappointing. The ice maker made very loud noises to the point of waking us up several times. Maintenance came to fix it but still was not working so we just turned it off and did without ice. Checked in 45 mins late due to it not being cleaned. Although it was very clean once the cleaning crew were finished.

Great stay on the beach!

Spacious, beautifully updated condo with wrap-around balcony! I especially loved the door-less walk-in master shower! Air conditioning works great! I mention that because our unit last year would never cool enough. We would love to stay here again! My only recommendation to make it even better, would be to have some extra blankets on hand, some adult-size cereal bowls, and some more bathcloths (there were only 8, which meant washing everyday or buying some, which we did.)

Overall, the property was clean and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen. The refrigerator has to be replaced immediately. It woke us up each night, and we had to call maintenance twice.

AMAZING VIEWS!!!

This condo looks just like the pictures online! The views from the living room were absolutely beautiful! Everything was clean when we arrived. However, there were a few dirty pans, but nothing a little soap couldn’t fix. Our children loved the sandbars that were located in front of the condo for skim boarding. Beach was kept clean of seaweed and litter throughout the week. Beautiful condo! We will be back!

A needed getaway

Everything was great! While the younger adults enjoyed the beach, the senior citizens loved your balcony! The beds are very comfortable and the unit was clean.

Girls Trip

We absolutely loved this condo. The size, decor, balcony, and location was great. Our only complaint was the refrigerator. It made a terrible sound almost every hour. We reco fed this sound and sent to Vacasa. We were told someone would come, but didn’t while there. The refrigerator was cooling, but by our last day the ice was melting in the freezer. Hopefully they will get this fixed. We will stay here again.

Beautiful but not enough parking

The condo was gorgeous, clean, and well located. Unfortunately, you can only park two cars in the lot. We were meeting our college kids there and almost had one car towed even though there were tons of empty spaces. We literally had to stand in front of the car so they wouldn’t tow it while we got keys to move it. Also, the person calling the tow truck for The Palms actually laughed at us. I am just glad we were actually walking through the parking lot when the tow truck arrived! So, although we loved the condo itself, we will have to look for other accommodations next time. (We usually get 3 spaces for a three bedroom. But they are very strict about only 2 at The Palms.)

Nice Condo

This condo served the purpose. Nice views, good furniture, and clean bathrooms. Some repairs are needed but mostly minor. The negative was that then condo directly underneath our unit was undergoing renovations during the day which was very loud. Not sure it Vacasa was aware and understand they cannot control other condo renovations. Other that that, nice rental.
