Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Perfect spot!
The Dugout was a perfect spot for my family to enjoy the bay for fishing and the ocean for play! My son was eager to get out and fish and was busy reeling them in. Quiet neighborhood for a getaway.

Great location for a family
Loved this house. Quiet neighborhood, and having a toddler it was nice to not have people above and below you like some of the condos. Super quick walk to the beach, which has showers and a public restroom. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay at this house again.

Good Enough
If you are looking for an average place to stay, this place is sufficient. Convenient location and neighborhood was safe. Size and privacy of rooms worked well for us. However, the owner should consider updating the furnishings and doing a bit of maintenance. Linens were a bit worn, the shower in the second bathroom had drainage issues so we ended up only using one bathroom for showers, and the mattress for the bottom bunk bed literally sunk to the floor on one corner as soon as one in our party laid on it. This is a safety issue. Also be prepared that there is no dedicated pantry, so much of the food that we bought had to sit on the counters. This property was good enough for what we needed, but for the more sophisticated taste or someone that is looking for more luxurious vacation boarding, I would suggest exploring other options.

This property was nice and clean. Its location is perfect. Very short walk straight to beach access point, yet far enough away that you don't have to deal with too much of the pedestrian and vehicle traffic throughout the day. We actually spent an entire day on the balcony watching people walking to the beach. Caight the sunset just a few hundred feet down the road on a boardwalk. Also, sat on the little dock on the property accessing the lagoon into the evening. Our stay over the Memorial day weekend was relatively nice and quite as we like it. I dont think anyone who stays at this location will be dissapointed. Marvelous!!!!

We loved the location and super short walk to the public beach. Good sized kitchen, eating space, deck space. But we were disappointed to get a notice AFTER booking that the pool was under construction. Check with management before booking on the pool status!!

Family retreat
This property was in a wonderful location with easy access to the beach and walking/biking paths by the inner coastal waters. The house was clean and comfortable for our family. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to food and fun. We accessed the Sportsplex for a State Meet. It was close enough and also far enough away to have a break.

Beautiful
Beautiful, wonderful location, homey decor without being cluttered. Perfect walk to beach (less than 5 minutes with a wagon full of supplies). House is away from busy roads. Backs up to lagoon. Just as pictured.
