Located in the super quiet Fort Morgan side of Gulf Shores, The Citadel is situated directly on the pristine beach just steps from gorgeous water for swimming, surf fishing, kayaking or paddle boarding. Beautiful updates just completed include a balcony dining ledge to enjoy meals with the best view of the Gulf of Mexico!

Each of the five bedrooms has balcony access for gazing at the beach and surf. The first level of the home features outdoor space for grilling, lounging and dining while enjoying the amazing view of the beach.

Within a short drive you'll find Tacky Jacks for great food, the Mobile Bay Ferry, and Historic Fort Morgan. Yet, we are still close to shopping at the Tanger Outlets in Foley, The Wharf in Orange Beach, or The Park at OWA, where you can catch a show, sample 13 flavors of Moonshine at Murder Creek Distillery, dine at Paula Deen's Family Kitchen, go on heart-racing amusement park rides and play games.

The family can spend the day at Waterville USA and zoom down giant waterslides, cruise around the lazy river, and let the littles ones splash around in WAWA World! Enjoy rounds of golf at Kiva Dunes or just rounds of miniature golf with the little ones in Gulf Shores. Jump and play at The Factory trampoline park or get out on the water aboard a dolphin watching cruise.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
