Comfortable, well-equipped, and very spacious, this Gulf-front condo is a superb lodging choice for a group or family vacation in Orange Beach. And with access to the large, furnished balcony from every bedroom, there's no need to argue over who sleeps where! Boardwalks attached to the property grant private beach access, and you will also enjoy on-site amenities that include indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, a sauna, Omni tennis courts, and a playground.

Things to Know
Please note that there is ongoing construction at the Summer House on Romar Beach complex which impacts all buildings and units on site. Construction workers will be present during standard working hours, they may need access into units at times when necessary, and construction-related noise is to be expected. Construction equipment will also be present, which can block the parking area, views from your unit's window or balcony, or block the balcony access completely. Parking is currently limited. The construction work will also block some access points, which will be rerouted as needed. These temporary walkways and railings are safe to use as instructed, and we ask that you do not enter restricted areas. Amenities may be closed as needed for construction, including the pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and tennis/basketball court.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place to stay.
Great view!! Perfect spot to sit on the balcony and enjoy the beach. We had 5 people and it was plenty of room. Great beach access and it’s right in the middle of all the things to do and eat. We will be back. There was construction going on but other than the parking it was not a problem.

Stunning View - comfy condo
We loved our stay! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. Balcony views were out of this world. Drinking coffee on the rocking chairs in the morning while watching the waves was heaven. Our kids loved the pools, and easy beach access. Thank you!

Beautiful condo but details about construction inaccurate
The condo itself was beautiful and exactly as the photos indicated. The views of the beach and water were stunning from the large balcony! However, the construction which was supposed to start in August, as described in the listing, was in full-swing with lots of noise, very little parking available, and the grounds were not attractive. Also, when we arrived, we noticed the floors had not been mopped and our feet were dirty within minutes. Had to keep our shoes on all the time.

Perfect condo, perfect location, gorgeous view!
Loved everything about this condo! The balcony and views were stunning! The only thing that it lacked were extra blankets and pillow cases. The bed coverings were pretty thin and we could only find one extra blanket. Also, we did not have any pillow cases for the extra pillows. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and plan to book this condo again next year!!

Good trip, cleaners need to be better
We loved the views and the condo was well equipped. The views and proximity to shopping and dining are what keep us coming back year after year. However, the cleaners need to do a better job. Upon arrival, there was a lot of sand in the condo; enough sand to cause me to slip and nearly fall. We had to roll up the living room rug to keep it from sliding when you walked on it because of the sand under it. I feel the floors hadn't been swept in weeks. The bathtub and shower stall also had mold on them. Otherwise, no complaints.

Nice Condo on Orange Beach
We had a great time and enjoyed the condo. Nicely furnished with comfortable mattresses. I would recommend an upgrade to the shades in the bedrooms. They were ok but let in a lot of light. The AC worked ok but seemed to struggle to keep the condo around 70. The pool is fantastic and large. Easy beach access. Overall, highly recommended for the price and excellent location.

Great condo right on the beach, 9th floor - so of course great views!
The condo was awesome, all bedrooms have sliding glass doors to the deck and several doors from the living room and dining room to the huge deck. TV's in each room, with cable. We took some DVD movies with us and watched movies in the living room at night. We were on the 9th floor, so rode the elevator several times a day and rarely waited at all, fast and always seemed to be close. We have stayed at several VRBO properties and this one did not have as much stuff in the kitchen, and by that I mean stuff that other families leave. There was no seasonings, no salt/ pepper, oil's, coffee, foil, saran wrap, baggies, etc. Not the homeowners fault, maybe it is just a new listing and not rented very often. One other topic to discuss is the bedding. All the beds were comfortable and great to sleep on, but the bedding on the twin beds had no mattress covers and the sheets were very thin and too small for the bed. We had to remake the bed daily. Probably a good idea to have a few blankets in the condo also. Great place to stay and would definitely rent again next time we visit Orange Beach.

Fantastic Thanksgiving Week
