This adorable suite is small but mighty! With all the comforts of home in an efficient and attractive space, you can spend your next fun-filled beach vacation on the go! You'll have a full-size kitchen for assembling a quick breakfast or a sandwich for lunch before heading out into the salty sea air and maybe a quick dip in the shared pool. This suite is conveniently located close to restaurants and shops, an inexpensive way to enjoy everything Orange Beach has to offer!

House Rules
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location is what makes it
The blankets were as thin as the sheets, and the pillows were also incredibly thin. The railing outside seemed to be made of PVC pipe and was incredibly unstable and the bottom right side was broken. The best part is the location. Having a walkway directly to the beach is nice, and if you bring your own blankets and pillows it’d be fine.

Clean studio in a great location! The property management isnt concerned about safety issues for all the guests with the broken elevators and complications of getting luggage and families with children up/down 2-3 flights of stairs! So much potential to this awesome licated condos.

Perfect for a Girls weekend
My sister and I rented this unit for our annual beach vacation. Everything we need to for a comfortable stay was provided. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked great!

Keep your photographer. Definitely makes the room look much bigger than actually is.
Was not overly impressed as the pictures shown. Dryer outside? Had to move the bed for a closet? No information booklet showing how to use your wifi. The plug in in bathroom was very loose. Had to run the wires thru the towel holder to keep things on. The light above the bed came loose. Wasn't the best experience..

Great stay for a great price
Wanted a little weekend getaway without spending a fortune for a place to lay our heads. On the beach, people were nice, the Sugar Shack had all the good drinks and snacks…will definitely be coming back for a quick getaway.

The description of the room wasn’t ass described!
I checked in and went down to the beach, come back to the room and a man is standing in my room, he told me he was from house keeping but could not show me any kind of badge/ resin why he should be in my room! The room should have been cleaned/completed before my arrival and if anyone was going be in the room AFTER I RENTED IT… I should have been notified!!! I contacted “management” and basically nothing was done! So I will never rent from this service again!!

It was enough
The good news is, the place was clean, it was right on the beach, lights and everything worked, that’s the important part. However, when me and my sister got there we were underwhelmed. The balcony was facing construction, and not the ocean, in fact I don’t think any of the condos here actually face the ocean, not a terrible thing, but still. Parking was not great. It’s a parking garage with a large cement column every three spaces, very hard to park, I ended up scratching my car trying to get into a spot. But, it was enough overall, so three stars.

Small but clean
Unit was very clean but seemed a bit cramped for 3 women. The door to the balcony was very difficult to open which was inconvenient as that’s where the dryer was. The construction next door was a bit noisy in the morning. Covered parking was definitely a plus and it was a very quick walk to the beach.
