If you like to be outside, Sea Oats H105 has one of the finest locations in Gulf Shores. You'll be right across the street from the beach with a partial gulf view and Sea Oats's private beach access just steps away. This suite also affords guests access to all the amenities on the lagoon side such as two fishing piers, a boat launch, 50 boat slips, two large pools, and two children's pools. The condos are well spaced out and the grounds cover six acres. Great for families with children, this three-bedroom home has a king bed a queen, plus two twins and plenty of outdoor activities for families to enjoy together. Kids love the fishing piers and there is also room for them to simply play and have fun. The private washer and dryer and fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher make it easy to prepare and clean up your favorite meals.

Has potential....but fell so short!

Only 2 stars because of location. Super short walk to the beach and the pool is 2 steps away those were the highlights. Our unit was NOT clean. I called to report the garbage disposal was broken and the company representative said they would fix it after our stay was over. I called again to report a bug problem. I was told they would spray but no one ever came. We had a few rainy days so we had some down time but none of the bedroom tvs worked. I want to say this place has a TON of potential and location is great and the unit is huge but PLEASE for your next guest a deep cleaning is necessary and resolving the bug issue is a must!!!!!

Sea Oats stay

This is our favorite place to stay when we go to the beach. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness, but it wasn't that big of a deal. On our last afternoon there the power went out; but only in our condo. I took approximately 2 hours to get that resolved. This will no deter us from staying there, as we have for the last 6 years.

Family Vacay 2022

Everything about this rental was on point for us. The ease in renting, the location, the size, closeness to the beach & access. My family & I loved this place. My 1yr old granddaughter enjoyed having room to run around. It felt so much like a true home. Being able to be together without the cramped feeling that comes from hotels was truly great. The only thing we literally had to get was food & beach towels. Everything else was already there. My family & I have already started making plans for future stays & those stays include this wonderful place! Thank you for a great place & making this vacation so easy & fun!!

Quiet Location

This is an awesome rental! We had a few hiccups but Desiree was quick to get them fixed!! If you want to relax and listen to the waves, this is the place for you. Swimming pool right behind you, lagoon with boat dock right behind the pool was great for fishing and bird watching. The condo is very spacious with new tvs and everything you need for vacation. Would definately recommend!

Filthy

I can only start with one thing, roaches, kitchen was full of them and around the rental. We found two pieces of pizza crust under one of the beds in the room with the twin beds, bacon under the dining room table. Mildew smell throughout rental, stains on the carpet, filthy, black socks from walking on it. Location was great but that's the only thing this rental has going for it. Fan in master bedroom squeaks and will drive you nuts, lots of cosmetic issues around the rental, it really needs to be renovated. Door code didn't work, had to call to get it changed to fix it and hours later that code didn't work but the original started working when before it didn't. I won't be renting any Vacasa rentals again, this left a bad taste in our mouths. Don't bother with this rental until they renovate.

Forced to leave after 1 night

We booked this condo for 7 nights for our spring break. Less than an hour after check-in after driving 11+ hours to get there, we were told we had to leave in the morning due to "owner issues". The rental management company didn't have any other info than the owners asked for us to be it. They offered to relocate us to a house that was not beach walkable and was 20 miles down the coast or get a refund. Needless to say, we were pretty upset. After hours on the phone and on hold, we did get relocated to an acceptable alternative condo 2 hours away by the rental management company. But I would be leery to trust a reservation at this condo.
