Sea Oats B101 is ready to accommodate everyone with three bedrooms and two full baths, great for a weekend trip or a longer stay as well. This is a roomy and well-appointed condo with plenty of fun nearby activities like kayaking, fishing, boating, tanning poolside, barbecuing, and even private beach access just across the street. Late afternoons here are best spent either walking the beach or bird watching on the lagoon from one of two spacious fishing piers each with its own gazebo. For families, this is a great place for kids to simply play and be kids. They won't want to leave and you'll want to come back. Come and enjoy!

The condo is as pictured. It is tidy, but not clean. VERY NOISEY, you can hear everything through the walls and ceiling. No access to beach chairs, or any accessories for the beach/pool.

Graduation get away.

Some updates have been made, but still need some (master bath and maybe kitchen and kitchen table). Definitely need more towels. Our group of 6 only had one towel each for the three days so we had to wash to have clean towels. Not much of a view of the ocean, but there is one out the master and one bedroom. The walls were very thin and we heard neighbors through the living room and master. The people upstairs were really loud.

Not expecting the Ritz but…

Have stayed at Sea Oats several times in the past and have seen the decline over the years. We understand this is a harsh environment but property hasn’t been maintained with surrounding properties. Love this area but may look elsewhere for next visit.

Just okay!

The location of the condo was perfect! However, the unit is old and outdated! The flooring is nappy and creaks while the unit above is very noisy when people are staying above you as well as wall neighbors sound like they are in the same room as you! The bathrooms were not clean with mold in the stand alone shower which drains very slowly and can lead to overflowing! The beds are extremely old and uncomfortable! I am disappointed that I spent the money and the additional mark up on fees that are charged to be deceived by pictures!

Great location

We loved it here. Easy walk to the beach with private access. The pool was a big hit, too. Condo was set up wonderfully and worked perfectly for our family of 6.
