Parking at Romar Place is paid to HOA onsite office at $36 per parking pass, two maximum. Must be paid with credit or debit card.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Romar Place is fine but Vacasa sucks!!!

Overall our stay at Romar Place was good but the experience with Vacasa Property management was terrible! We will NOT be staying at any Vacasa managed properties in the future. We had trouble with the door code and Vacasa gave me multiple different codes that never worked. It was not until I sent my son down to the main office that we got a door code that actually worked. As a result, we did not check in when our room was ready and available. The wifi NEVER worked during our stay as they never gave us an accurate password. I was texting with service reps and was on the phone with reps several times asking for help and some type of resolution but nothing was done. They simply send you a standard message with the words "please give me a few minutes to look into this". When they get back to you they pretty much ignore your concerns and tell you to enjoy your stay. Vacasa is TERRIBLE!!!! I would encourage anyone looking to stay in Orange Beach to avoid any and all properties managed by Vacasa. Look for Coastal properties or anyone else. The condo is accurate based on pictures in the listing. It was not very clean and the furniture definitely needs to be updated but overall it is in decent condition. The view is awesome and the beach is great. I'm not sure how much the pool gets cleaned as we never saw anyone use a vacuum to clean it out and there were multiple days that the pool had debris in it.

Convenient beach stay but would not stay again

Incredibly dated and uncomfortable sleeping arrangements. We did like to convenience of closeness to the beach but if you’re looking for comfort this isn’t the place.

Family Vacay

Our family enjoyed our stay. We loved each having our own bathroom for each bedroom. The unit was spacious. The beach location and pools were amazing. Complex was clean and well- maintained. There were a few things in the unit that were unexpected but it was taken care of almost immediately. Overall, great value and comfort on our first stay here!

Beautiful View From Balcony

The condo was in a great location and had a beautiful view from the balcony. We had a baby with us so the distance from the condo to the beach was great. The condo itself could have been cleaned a little more before we arrived and definitely needs to be updated. I noticed it is for sale so that could explain the need for an update. Great price and I would stay there again. Beach service priced reasonably and one row not 3 like the condo beside us.

Lovely view and spacious accommodations

Good for the price

The condos living room couch and furniture was dirty with stains and soiled. The sheet on our bed also had old blood stains. The bedding in general was not comfortable (no comforter just extra sheets on beds) But the condo as a whole and the amenities were good for the lower price point compared to others.

Spring Break

This home was very convenient to the beach. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the pools but there was a nice indoor and outdoor pool. The management was rude about parking. I was supposed to be able to purchase two parking passes but they gave me a hard time about that because my daughter arrived at a later date than I did. I was told that I was not allowed to have guests, even though my daughter was included in the number of people I was renting for. Other than that, we had a great stay.
