Named for the charming and unique color that adorns its exterior, Plum Perfect will place you within a quick stroll of sugar-white sand and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.



This five-bedroom property is part of a duplex, with the other, smaller portion of the home available to rent as well. You'll be just across West Beach Boulevard from the beach, with a public access point waiting right down the road.



The interior living space is a spray of color, offering central air conditioning, free WiFi, and an open floor plan that makes mingling easy. There's a full kitchen with a peninsula breakfast bar for six, a separate dining room table, and a living room with comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV. You'll also have a beautiful porch where you can soak up the sunshine, a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs, and flatscreen TVs in all five bedrooms to lull you to sleep at night.

Plum Perfect Time at Our Favorite Beach Town
We loved staying at the house! It was more than spacious for our group of 13 and the location and beach access was amazing! The only thing that could make it better is adding pool access somehow, my kids did miss having the pool as an option. The whole house could use a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean but overall we just loved it and will definitely be booking again in the future!

Our stay was fantastic minus some rain. The house was gorgeous and was in a prime location for the beach and other activities. The beds were comfortable and there were tons of extra items such as towels and soap and toilet paper. The beach access wasn’t but a few feet down and the parking at the house was great as well

The property was easily accessible to the beach we really enjoyed our stay. House was perfect for our families that stayed. Living room furniture needs to updated but overall we enjoyed our stay and we’re all planning on coming back and staying again

Close to the beach access. Had issues with the property. The dryer damaged clothes. The dryer issue was never addressed. Everyone I communicated with pushed me off to the next person and the issue was never fixed. I paid full price but didn’t get full amenities. The place was not as presentable as stated. I’m deleting my VRBO and using another search engine. The Customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Plum perfect is plum awful!
Had horrible experience with Vacasa. House wasn’t that clean. Beds didn’t have blankets or comforters. Just to- sheet and flimsy coverlet. All 12 of us froze. Dryer was broke. Took 240 min to dry a medium load of clothes. Eventually we noticed black marks and holes from the dryer on our clothes. Dishwasher didn’t clean dishes. The bottom sprayer arm was broken and melted on heating element. Large burner on flat top stove didn’t work. All of this was communicated with Vacasa including pictures. I asked to be compensated about the clothes but nothing! Asked for compensation due to the amenities promised didn’t work, but nothing. Didn’t even send a repair person for the dryer. They knew from previous renter about the dryer but didn’t attempt to repair it before we arrived Saturday. Didn’t attempt to send a repairman after I sent many communications. I’ve heard horror stories about Vacasa but didn’t believe them, but now I do! It’s unfortunate because had these things been fixed and addressed, my review would have been 4 stars. Even with the dirtiness. It’s an old home but plenty of room and great location to beach access. But I expected the appliances to work and not damage an entire load of laundry! And I expected them to offer compensation since it’s their negligence that caused it. I’ll never rent from Vacasa again!

It’s plum terrific not exactly perfect
The location is terrific. Just a short walk to public beach access. The house was perfect size for our large family vacation. Large kitchen with large island Large living room. The check in and out were simple and communication was great too. View of the ocean from the porches was nice. Brand new trex decking.

The property location and the proximity to the beach was good for us. On initial check in the unit was clearly dirty from long-term neglect including thick dust on every horizontal surface, and or grime around the house. The Saturday Maids certainly try their best to get the units clean to get the new tenants in but when I contacted Vacasa, I got very little response and nothing in time to make a difference for a visit.

Overall great stay
The stay was great and it’s our second time to stay at Plum Perfect. Great location to the beach and other locations to enjoy. Check in was a little struggle because the initial code sent to us didn’t work and we had to sit outside for 30 minutes while I was on hold waiting to get an updated code to get in. Outside of that, a great trip!

Late March Stay
We loved the location and layout of this home! It was perfect for our team of 15. The parking was fantastic, along with the porch and large kitchen/living room area for meals. We really enjoyed spending time together here! The few things that we felt could be improved upon would be the dishwasher, there was no rotating wash arm on the upper rack. This left many of the dishes that we wanted cleaned left dirty after numerous washes. The lower floor bathroom needed to manually be flushed by pulling on the plug in the tank and the paper thin comforters on the beds, just a note to bring additional blankets/pillows would have been great to know ahead of time. There was also no hand soap in any of the bathrooms, so we did go out and purchase our own for all 5 bathrooms.

Nice big open area house for people to spread out. Had issues in the beginning with no bedding and had to sleep under a sheet the first night. Also had dirty socks, silverware and food under a couple of the sleeper sofas along with dirty bedding on all 3 sleeper sofas. There was a couple blood spots on bathroom wall upstairs and some maintenance issues with door knob, towel rack and an outside receptacle. Everything was remedied the next day. All and all it was a good stay.

Spacious but tired
The house is large and the layout is nice, too bad that the furnishings are all well past their useful life. The appliances are old, the furniture is dirty and worn out and beds are creaky. The house and furnishings are in need of a refresh, it is evident that maintenance is not a priority for this property.

Great location!!!
This home is in a GREAT location!! Do NOT let the walk from the house to the beach deter you from this rental b/c it was easier access than staying ON THE BEACH! The layout is great and there is plenty of room!! We had an AC problem one day BUT it was resolved in less than 2 hours! Great customer service. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved spacious rooms. There were lots of towels and soap and the handsoap was a pleasant surprise. If you realize it's a rental and not perfect, this will do the job. If you want "like home" or close to perfect, reviews prior to mine are accurate and I would add there are questionable spots on ceiling and one bathroom smelled of strong urine (we closed the door and didn't use this room). One person in our party didn't feel there was enough pressure when flushing the toilet. One person sat on sofa and sank. The ice maker was a pleasant surprise.

Great beach location but a few things misleading
House was nice but it’s not fully clear that it’s actually a duplex with the back of the house a separate rented space called “plum cute.” The house doesn’t come with any toilet paper or cleaning supplies either. However, unbeatable beach location.

Plum Crazy
The house has a great location and the right size for a large family like mine. Unfortunately, it is in need of a thorough cleaning and repairs. The front door is disgusting and needs to be replaced or at least painted. There are repairs needed in the upstairs bathrooms. The ice maker clean light was on! The electricity went out the morning we left, so we could not wash and put away all the dishes. We are enjoyed our stay, but the cleanliness was not up to VRBO’s standard!!
