Have a good time in our 85 sqm bright, spacious and modern holiday flat. It is fully equipped and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It has its own self-contained terrace with a large electric awning which also keeps out drizzle or autumn fog. From the terrace you have direct access to the garden and a large barbecue. If the weather is not so friendly, you can spend a nice time in the large glazed sauna with a view outside. The private car park (for one car) with its own entrance completes the picture. Our trusting Newfoundland dog roams freely on the spacious fenced property. This can be used for leisure activities by arrangement. The old lime trees invite you to linger underneath on hot summer days. In summer we have two domestic pigs that are an integral part of the rural idyll and live next to the holiday flat in the stable or run. WLAN is also available in the flat and is guaranteed via a separate access which transmits with a maximum of 16 Mbps ("16,000 line"). The modern large 55" screen has Amazon and Netflix access. You only need your access data to watch your films. Alternatively SAT programmes. The kitchen has a large stand-alone fridge-freezer so that you can make sufficient provisions. Important notes: As a rule, we cannot guarantee bookings with arrival on the same day or until the day after tomorrow. We need some lead time. In the case of an occupancy of 5 persons, max. 1 dog can come along, in the case of an occupancy of 6 persons the option "dog" is completely cancelled. Furthermore, dogs do not have access to the bed and/or sofa. This belongs exclusively to the two-legged friends. For hygienic reasons, no food or ingredients are available in the kitchen. Since March 2023, our powerful PV system has been supplying the majority of the house's electricity consumption (around 90%). The purchased electricity is also generated in an ecologically sustainable manner. Hot water has been effectively heated using solar thermal energy for many years. Waste separation using separate waste bins is a matter of course here, and organic waste can be disposed of separately. It goes without saying that we have equipped the flat with large energy-saving appliances. So your stay with us is completely in the spirit of sustainability.
