I stayed at the Cozy Cabin while working in the area. The cabin was peaceful with everything you need for a great stay. I had to have WiFi for work and it worked great the entire stay. Very neat place and very peaceful surroundings. The host as excellent making sure my stay was great.
Very impressed, only reason I gave it four stars for listing representation is because it was actually better. Pics on listing don’t represent latest updates.
Jeff and Kina, were tremendous hosts. We had a last minute emergency arise and the hosts went above and beyond to help us out. We were allowed to delay our arrival by a week. The area is beautiful with wild turkeys foraging about until midday. Butterflies fluttered about in the hollow area near the creek. Squirrels ran around like crazy in the cool morning climes.
This cabin is larger inside than appears, is so comfortable and cozy i found it difficult to leave to do anything. We were here for crazy rains and host checked in with us and offered to move us but we loved it and could handle 12 hours without power. We will be back and will recommend to others
Jeff and Kina are the most amazing hosts and their little Cozy Cabin was absolutely perfect! The cabin was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with basic essentials. Groceries, other shopping and restaurants etc. can be found in several little towns nearby and of course, Nashville is just a hop skip and a jump so I did a bunch of sightseeing as well. It is secluded and private yet felt very safe for a single woman vacationing alone. Every morning and again at night I was on the porch in the rocker until I had to force myself to go in. It was so peaceful and beautiful there. This vacation was long overdue, and I couldn’t have picked a better place to spend it. I drove away with a touch of sadness in my heart, but I know I’ll be back. ❤️
We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The setting was remote and peaceful- just what we were looking for as a get away spot. The cabin was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. We absolutely loved the fireplace. Jeff and Kina were very responsive to our questions and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this rental.
If you like remote country living, this is the place. Its a cozy cabin on five acres with trails to explore. Rocking chairs on the front porch, screened in back porch for quiet morning having coffee. I will definitelybook this propertyagain..
Beautiful property, clean cozy cabin, wonderful relaxing experience.
Definitely recommend this rural stay for a quiet getaway. No cell service there, but wifi available and fast.
Owners are prompt to respond and we’re very welcoming.
Do you ever just want to break away and rest from the hectic pace? The Cozy Cabin provides the ambience of history, nature, seclusion, and convenience right on the edge of Sumner County. The authentic, interior log walls provide a coziness that you can’t find in Gatlinberg. Drinking a cup of coffee in a quaint wooden swing behind the fire pit area starts your day with quietness and needed rest. You can end your afternoon with a nature walk on the 5 acres of the property on a well kept path that showcases forestry, birds, deer, and beautiful Tennessee. The living area is easily large enough for two and I was able to work on my laptop with ease while watching the hummingbirds feed and peck. Who needs a sound machine when you can sleep in the loft and hear the rain hypnotize you to sleep on the quaint red metal roof. I definitely plan on going back if there is an availability after more people find this hidden piece of wonderful coziness.
