Kina is a realtor and has always wanted to have some getaways. This is our 2nd, the first one is in Gainesboro TN called "Lakin it Easy", VRBO # 7636724. The 3rd one is located in Gainesboro, TN called "Grasshopper Cabin" with 4 acres VRBO Prop ID: 2920500. We also use them for ourselves when they are not rented, so they are given TLC
Why they chose this property
This is the perfect getaway for someone wanting to enjoy total quiet and nature. There are walking trails on the 5 acres and if you're adventurous, you can go off of the trails and climb the hills
