Once you stay at The Oasis, you won't be able to wait until you can come back! It is conveniently in Orange beach, directly on the beach. You'll have a Gulf front pool, indoor pool, kiddie pool, Lazy River & Water Slide! Not to mention the hot tubs, saunas, exercise room, and even a lighted tennis court. There is something for everyone!

Relax in this extremely spacious open floor plan. It has been professionally decorated with upscale furnishings in a light and airy contemporary theme throughout. The kitchen features custom cabinetry and granite countertops. There is a separate wet bar with icemaker. The large primary suite has French doors that open to the Gulf front dining area. The primary bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower and a large walk-in closet. The first guest bedroom has a king bed while the second guest room has two queens. The living room has a sleeper sofa and each bedroom has a private bathroom to maximize convenience.

Great place to stay!

The only complaint I would have is the sheets on the bed are too small. But with that being said, it was very clean and the toilet leaked and they came and fixed it really quick.

Orange Beach paradise on 17th floor

The Ice maker was excellent. Condo is big & spacious just like all the Phoenix West locations. Lazy River was fun! Really wished the facility had outdoor hot tubs & heated pools.

Great Condo and location

Condo was beautiful and spacious, could use a few more utensil items. Lazy River is the best amenity. The only negative thing is the elevator anytime from 4-6pm. Check in should be at 2 so we are not competing with current tenants coming from the pool and going to dinner. Everything else was great, especially the view, pools and location. Definitely will be back.

Great place to stay with small kids

Great place to stay with toddlers. The views were beautiful. Checking in was fast and easy. The oasis cafe had great food and drinks. Easy access to beach. The kitchen , bathroom amd bedrooms were very clean. The only reason i have it 4 stars is because the mattress were very thin and uncomfortable. The sheets were paper thin, and the rug in the living room needs to be replaced, it’s ripping up in certain spots. The bathroom had a bad oder I think it was coming from the washer. Lastly there was a swivel chair in the living that had stains all over it, looked very dirty. Other than that, is was a nice place to stay and convenient!

Weekend getaway

Spacious condo on the beach. Pros: 4 full baths, roomy, lots of seating, big table on balcony, perfect for eating breakfast or dinner with a beach view. Ice machine in the room. Some previous reviews mentioned slow elevators, I did not find that to be an issue but did not stay during peak season. Bedding was ok, I slept just fine at night maybe bring an extra blanket. Cons: Some of the outlets didn’t work and some of the tvs in the room didn’t work. Overall great condo, would stay here again!

Spring Break 2023

Great property, great location! Beautiful beach and nice pools. The only complaint I would have would be with the essential kitchen items that weren’t provided. There were 2 regular sized spoons in the entire condo, all of the other spoons were serving sized. No measuring cups etc. Bedding (bedspreads) were also paper thin and were closer to a shower curtain material, than bedding.

Beautiful Condo, just needs some updates and better upkeep

The condo was beautiful and the view was great. Overall would stay again if some simple cosmetic issues were fixed. There were some cleanliness issues like mold in the master shower and dirty floors upon arrival. One of the full size bed frames was broken. They came to “fix” the bed frame but all they did was stack books under one end so it almost instantly became uneven again. Could definitely use some updated kitchen items (pans were in rough shape) and bedding/sheets/pillows/blankets. Vacasa was very quick to respond and offer help with whatever they could during the time we were there. Would definitely use the company again

Phoenix West II

We loved the beach! Of course! The house was nice but definitely needs some updated kitchen cookware. When we arrived our beds were not made up and had no linens. We found some in the closet. But the blankets were dirty so we had to do laundry and make up the beds ourselves. I’m ok with that… but not when I paid a pretty generous fee for rental and housekeeping. It was a busy weekend which is no one’s fault. Elevators were slow and busy. Someone stole our umbrellas and our grandkids sand toys. But it was still a fun time! I would like to have someone reach out to me about a partial housekeeping refund or credit.

Great unit, not great building

This unit is very nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen is lacking so bring your own tools and spices if you like to cook. This building is a disaster in check in day. 1-2 hour waits for elevators to unload your stuff. Also really hated having to pay an additional fee for parking and wearing an armband all week. We won’t be back to Phoenix West II, but through no fault of the owners of this unit.

Nicr unit overall

Second day of our stay, we got out of our business meetings early for the day. S middle aged white male came walking through the door. No knock. No door bell just barged in. Once he seen us we were questioned who WE Were and if we were supposed to be there. He then said this units supposed to be vacant and then said "Well here, put this under the sink.. and handed one of my guys first aid kit. Very unprofessional and dangerous.

The view was amazing, lazy river a hit! Short walk to beach. Beautifully decorated condo! Only problem was matress next to wall of the 2 queen bed room kept falling threw frame and kitchen in desperate need of new cook wear and cooking utensils, but we managed. We even grilled out on the grills there! We definitely would stay again!

Our stay in gulf shores was disappointing. We actually left on Monday because there was so much dust and dirt in the condo our allergies were horrible. It is obvious this condo needs an updated management company. Below is a list of visible concerns. *the bedroom with double beds had chewed sunflower seeds on the floor (front left) *bed skirts were filled with black dirt from floor (front left) *live bugs were found under bed in the double bedroom floor (front left) *under all beds were filthy-left over party balloons and debris from previous guests *red stains on bedsheets in king bedroom (front right) *handle of refrigerator were filled with hand prints *refrigerator wasn’t wiped down *primary bathrooms bathtub had mold coming out of jets *mold build up on primary bedroom double shower (bottom area) *all bathtubs had rusted drains *all ceiling fans had piles of dust on fan blades (we didn’t even turn them on due to concern with dust flying off) *long hairs were left in bathtubs *other guests were smoking on their balconies-we were unable to enjoy our balcony due to this *balcony furniture was unusable- chair padding was worn down and the table had no support to place anything on it. *washing machine was filled with soap scum- build up on laundry detergent and dirt *mold IN ice maker by bar *other guest did not follow quiet time guidelines (where is the enforcement?!?) *kids were misusing pool slide- big safety concern *balcony had left over trash (water bottle, juice box,crumbs) from previous guests *tv didn’t stream Netflix and channel quality was low. *the amenities needed much TLC (especially the indoor pool area (rust in pool and hot tub) In a time when cleanliness is advertised and promoted this condo fell short. We were willing to look past some items but things kept piling up.
