This seventh-floor corner condo with a loft is a beach lover's delight. It features a wraparound balcony overlooking the Gulf, excellent decor, stainless steel appliances, TVs throughout, and a spacious 1,500-square-foot living area.

This area of Orange Beach is away from crowds but a short drive to stores and attractions. Lei Lani has an indoor and outdoor pool, a fishing pier, and an outdoor pool across the street at Lei Lani Village. WiFi is available throughout the property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). DUMP, college kids party condo

Dirty, broken doors, furniture, lights, fithy carpet, no security, took cleaning crew 2 tries to clean vomit, vacasa horrible to deal with. Spent 9 days dealing with maintenance crews. I can go on, have lots of pics of this party condo for kids.

Trip for the Grands

It was a good large space. There were a few issues that we told management about. They tried but were unable to fix it during the 3 nights we were there. The issues were: TV problem in 2 of the bedrooms and the shower in the guest bathroom didn't work right so was unusable. We loved the location and the balcony was wonderful with a great view.

Summer Vacation

Overall, we loved our time at this condo. It wasn’t as clean as we’d like when we arrived but it was filthy either. It is a tad outdated but that didn’t bother us. A few things were broken, it was communicated to the manager and hopefully was fixed before the next guests arrived. We loved the loft too. It was great for our teen and preteen to have their own space.

Great beach view!

Upon arrival, the air wasnt working right as it was 76 in the condo. I made a few calls and they came out that night and resolved the issue. It was clean and had an awesome view of the beach. It could use some cosmetic updates. Parking was limited, despite having passes for two vehicles. The elevators were very sketchy. Overall, this condo was great for what our family needed. Would stay here again!

In 35 years of coming to the beach this has got to be one of the worst condos we have stayed in. Air conditioner and refrigerator were not cooling properly upon arrival. Found out ac could not be fixed during our stay so they brought 3 box fans. Refrigerator did not start cooling till second day. Besides multiple other issues the unit needs updating. I would not recommend renting this unit and should be taken off the rental program.

Great location, but...

Loved the view and the amount of space in the unit. However, the kitchen was not well stocked with cooking materials, I had to borrow things from my parents unit. Lacks measuring cups of various sizes, spatulas, sharp knives. All pans were warped or scratched to hell. I'm very glad I brought my cast iron skillet, cooked most meals in that. Also lacks mixing bowls. When we go on vacation, we rely on cooking through the week, and would have been nice to know what was available and what I would need to bring. After being in my parents unit on the 4th floor, noticed that this unit is very dated and and old, and the furniture is pretty run down. TV in the twin beds room was non functioning. And the beds had sand in them the first night. Also the one of the in the loft was broken. The stairs to the loft are very wobbly. As for the wrap around deck, one of the chairs that go around the table was broken and in pieces upon our arrival. There is so much space on the deck and amazing views, it was disappointing that there wasn't more seating space or lounge chairs. The elevators were a bit frightening. The groaned and creaked and shook on the rides up and down. The indoor pool was closed for most of our week. Out door pool was nice and well kept. The curtains in the living room were missing a panel, so there was no way to fully close them overnight to avoid the sun shinning in. The guys renting the chairs on the beach were wonderful and was well worth using. The provide a discount for the more days you use. Overall, for the price we paid for the unit, it was pretty disappointing that all our needs were not met, and the bare minimum is provided in the unit. The views and location are great, and the beach experience was wonderful. Sadly unless things are updated and improved we will not be back to rent this unit.

Nice Beach Trip at Lei Lani

Lei Lani 707T was a nice condo, it was clean and the view is awesome. There was a soft sided cooler as a welcome gift as well. I absolutely loved the layout of the condo, the A/C worked great. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for our stay. The staff was very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend the Lei Lani 707T and vacasa. They called the first day to make sure our condo was clean and ask if we needed anything! I would stay again.

Amazing balcony, great location

This property was at a great location. It was not too busy on the beach. It was so spacious and had more than enough room. Balcony was the best part!! The negatives, only one elevator worked at the condo. King bed was so hard an uncomfortable. Kids didn’t complain about the bed they slept in though. Door handle in master to balcony was broke so we couldn’t go out there without going through the living room and kids knowing. We stayed in April so it was chilly at night, the comforters are thin, if you get cold, bring an extra blanket. Overall the positives outweighed any negatives and we would stay again. Would recommend a mattress topper for the master.

Touch ups/kitchen wear

All in all for the money it was a an ok deal, however much needed cosmetic touch ups are needed! There was what appeared to be blood on one of the bathroom doors, the furniture is falling apart in the bedrooms! the 3 bedroom TVs had no working remote! Please throw away the pots and pans that are worn out before someone gets sick! my friend actually cut her lip on one of the glasses that were chipped! Simply put I get it! It’s a rented condo! But honestly you could go to the dollar store to replace most of the kitchen wear! Please get rid of all chipped dishes and glasses for the future tourist coming in! I would rather have nothing or provide the items myself rather than to get hurt or sick!

Beautiful beach/ old room

The sea life and beach was amazing. We could not have asked for a Byers location for our family to spend time together. The building and pools were well kept, the room however is seriously outdated and needs updating and cleaned well. Lots of scratches and dents.
