Great location and proximity to the beach. Balcony was great. Place was not clean. Carpets were filthy furniture was dirty . Just not what the pictures showed.

The proximity to the beach was awesome. The property was well-maintained except we did have to call about the sliding glass door to the patio and no one came to fix it.

Good unit, just bring extra blankets for the beds.

Unit is great, save for the lack of comforters in the beds and the poor Wi-Fi speed. Just bring a blanket for each person and spend your time at the beach instead of on your phone in the room, and you’ll be fine!

The vi w was spectacular - sofa & chairs need a good cleaning. A new kitchen faucet is really needed - dripped a lot - maintenance tried to fix it but they aren’t plumbers. A newer style is needed in irder to use both sides of the sink. Also, a new slider door is needed. Very hard to open and no handle on the balcony side so didn’t close it all the way when we were outside. Some of the bedspreads did not reach the floor so the bare box spring was showing - it was a tacky look.

From booking to departure communication was great and place was spacious and loved the ocean front! The pool was the only issue (quite dirty with debris) and we couldn’t clean it because the net on the skimmer was gone.

Three Days in the Sun

This property met every expectation that we had. The location was excellent! The beds were comfortable, however, bring a blanket from home. The coverlets on the beds are very thin. Will be back with our group of friends!!

We enjoyed our trip! The condo was nice but the description did say it has an indoor pool but it didn’t. There were no blankets or pot holders.l either. The beach was very small due to erosion and we couldn’t have a tent which would have been nice to know before we came.

Nice Condo but had cockroaches

The condo itself was nice for the location. However, the condo had cockroaches. We called Vacasa to discuss it and get it taken care of as we found over 20 under our kids bed at night. They told us we would receive a call back that day, but we didn’t. I called 2 days later after we left and were told that they didn’t have an update for me and hadn’t done anything. I finally received a call back a week and a half later stating they would refund me $50 for staying in a unit infested with cockroaches. I didn’t care about the $50, I cared more about the fact that my daughter was bit, and that they didn’t take any action to help us when I called. Although we left the next day, we were disappointed with the service we received and wouldn’t recommend Vacasa or the unit we stayed in. We will certainly not book through VRBO that uses Vacasa again.

Great time

Our stay was very nice. 7 adults in our group and this place never felt crowded. We enjoyed the balcony’s view of the beach. Called for a couple minor problems and had a person there to take care of them the next day. We could have used more dishwasher tablets and some hot pads but kitchen had what we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Great location on the beach.

Nicely laid out living room. You could see the Gulf and watch TV at the same time. Many of the condos have the TV mounted on the wall with every seat focused on the wall. If I want to stare at a TV on the wall, I'll stay home.

The location was nice and convenient to the beach and food. The room was subpar. We arrived to the fire alarm beeping with a low battery and the kitchen sink and master tub faucets dripping. We felt the air conditioner was excessively loud before coming on and that the entire unit needs a good deep cleaning. It got the job done but could’ve been better. Also, the queen bed room door doesn’t latch properly. It had to be pulled up on to latch for it to lock. We had a nice time but won’t be staying in this unit again. Our first stay at Legacy was in a much better unit.

NOT worth the Price we Paid!

The Master bedroom was hard to keep cool than the rest of the condo. Ceiling fans needed to be throughly cleaned. Hotwater heater made an awful noise when someone was in the shower. Sliding door to balcony was not easy to open and the balcony light did not work. The kitchen and one of the bathroom faucets would drip consistently unless you turned them off a certain way. Coffee pot did not fit the coffemaker. We had to make sure the pot lined up and dripping process was complete before pouring a cup. Furniture was so so but needs updating. $2300 for 3nights/4days was too much for this place that needs major upgrades, repairs and a better overall cleaning. OUR expectations were not met staying at this condo.

Had a ladies weekend. We had a good time. The condo is spacious and a great location. Really enjoyed the balcony and the view. But, there needs to be some things done to make it cleaner. The carpets in the bedrooms are nasty. Ceiling fans need to be cleaned. When I opened the cabinet to watch tv in the master bedroom inside was covered in heavy dust. The ceiling fan in the queen bedroom doesn't work. The vacuum cleaner is so loud. It sounds like it is about to explode. There was no broom or dust pan to use. Didn't use one of the chairs at the dining table because we were afraid it would break. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. Although the dryer could use a coat of spray paint on the top. It is rusty. The entry door is rusty and needs to be cleaned up and painted. Hope these things will be taken care of to make it better for your next guest. Would I stay here again? Yes, if these things were taken care of to help make it feel like I was staying in a clean space.

The only reasonsI’m m not giving this condo a 5 is there were no blankets or comforters on any of the beds - just a thin white sheet. I normally bring blankets but didn’t have room to pack them. Also, WiFi was not good - very slow and that’s when we were able to get service. The view and location were excellent!

Great vacation condo
