Gulfside Townhomes #7 is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome. This lovely condo features a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room which is perfect for children or teens.
The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed to fix a tasty dinner including granite countertops and stainless appliances. The downstairs has ceramic tile while the bedrooms, which are both upstairs have carpet. The master bedroom offers a private balcony which is perfect for that morning coffee while watching the waves and pelicans. Off the living area, there is an additional balcony that is gives the opportunity for watching beautiful sunsets while relaxing after a busy day in the sun and sand. Take a dip in the complex pool or just relax in the lounge chairs and work on your tan.

Gulf shores vacation

This place was great!!!! We didn’t have any issues and was in a great location. We especially loved the privacy and your own parking space. Would stay here again next time visiting Gulf Shores.

This is in the perfect location, and with the place being on the smaller side the beach is not so crowded. The inside could use a little updating, but you can’t beat the closeness to the pool and beach. We had a great stay, and would come back again!

Perfect spot

Same Place, New Unit

Gulfside Townhomes has been our vacation spot for 17 years. This particular unit was new to me and it was great! Very clean and comfortable and the beach view was superb!

Great property to stay at.

This was a great property for my family of 4. Great location with private beach access. There is a public beach access close by but beach does not feel overcrowded. The pool area was great. Kids enjoyed using the pool daily. Over all house is clean. Beds were comfortable. Property is within walking distance to some resturaunts. Many steps to get into home and access bedrooms. Would not recommend for anyone who is unable to climb stairs well. We would stay here again.

Gulfside Townhouses Gulfshores

Located near Gulfshores city center it is walking distance to many excellent resturants and great local shopping. Property offers easy access to one of the best white sand beaches in the USA for swimming or just lounging on the beach. Also outdoor pool and lounging area is available if you don't want to hit the beach. Townhouse offered updated kitchen, comfortable living area, two bedrooms and two and half baths for an enjoyable stay. Great place for a relaxing vacation.

Nice place and convenient

We enjoyed our stay here. Had everything we needed. Clean. The only complaint that I have with our room which was number seven is that the tub in the master bedroom? Jacuzzi did not work unless you held the button down the whole time but other than that it was nice.

I love the proximity to the beach and the staff were very very helpful. All was good. The only thing that might need a little improvement is the mattress. Can use a new one. The shopping center, grocery stores all were very close. I also enjoyed the private parking for the car. I also like the security. Every day there was always a security guard patrolling the building.

Great place

Our family loved the unit and the facility. Great location and pool and courtyard exceptional. The only complaint is not about the facility but about another guest(s) actions. They approached us theee times asking that we not use the light on our balcony because it shined in their eyes. There were several couples there with a bunch of children that were playing in the courtyard (well supervised by all parents) and they were approached by the same guests and told that their children were too loud while playing outside and were disturbing them. This was 6:00 pm mind you and they were just being little kids having a great time. This guest approached several other guests as they arrived to their units harassing them to complain about the kids and the noise. This is NOT the fault of the owners of these units but wanted to let it be known of the harassment.

Pros: The beds were old, but comfortable and clean. The beach access was amazing. Cons: The house itself wasn’t cleaned at all and was in need of many repairs. Floor staples were left in the middle of the room floors causing injury. Walls were patched with sheet rock mud and left unpainted. Food was left in the oven. Floors were dirty. The ceiling leaked badly getting beds, carpet, and walls soaked. . You must enter the home through a tall narrow stairwell which is difficult with luggage.

Nice but needs some fixing

We had a wonderful stay. The only down side was that the property needs a bit of updating. There were spaces where you could see that the paint had been patched, the trim was scuffed, the carpet was worn, the handle on the master glass door was broken. We over looked all of those things though. The pool was awesome. The beach access was perfect! We will be back!

Enjoyable stay

Some delays in communication with property owners/manager. Had to unload the dishwasher from another person’s stay and some dirty items were left on the bed when we arrived. Bedding was very thin and would’ve been helpful to have more than one trash bag. Otherwise we had a great stay and didn’t want to leave.
