Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Girl's vacay at Dolphin View
The beach home was beautiful, exactly as shown in the pictures. There are about 4 vacant lots on the right side of the home so there was no activity on that side and provided extra solitude. We practically had the beach to ourselves. We want to come back and stay here again. Highly recommend this to those who want a quiet vacation on the beach.

Nice View of the Ocean
A great place with all amenities you would need and very spacious! We enjoyed the ocean view from most windows that were facing the gulf side and could sit on the deck chairs on the main floor and enjoy the ocean view. Best of all it was walking distance to the beach.

Private beach
The house is located by several unoccupied lots so the beach is like your own private beach. One thing the listing didn’t mention is the amount of beach equipment that’s available at the house. There is everything from sand toys, kites, chairs, and umbrellas.

The location is great but the house itself needs some TLC and updates. As other reviewers have noted there were a lot of ants in the kitchen. The oven was broken and unusable. There was charcoal in the gas grill so we couldn’t use that either. Before arriving at the house we contacted the property manager, Vacasa, and asked if beach chairs and umbrellas would be available. We were told that no equipment would be available so we spent several hundred dollars renting umbrellas and chairs for the beach. Upon arrival at the house we discovered that the bathroom in the lower level had chairs, umbrellas and a lot of other beach items available so we ended up renting equipment that we didn’t need. The property manager should be aware of what is available and give customers correct information. Overall I expect more for the price I paid per night.

Oasis on the beach
Very nice design living room and master BR overlooking the beach. Well furnished and comfortable beds. This house just listed for sale at $1.95M. Plumbing drains are on their last leg and foundation sank on SE corner but house is still functional. Recently tastefully painted and trimmed in common areas. Really enjoyed the stay. .

Great quiet spot
Great location for a quiet vacation on the Gulf. Super easy check in and check out. The house was just perfect for our family and was great to be out on the beach watching the dolphins with no crowds. Close to Fort Morgan and Gulf shores. Would definitely stay there again.

The joy of Dolphin View
This house is lovely with the most fantastic view of the Gulf, dunes, and beach. From primary bedroom on second floor, you can lay in bed and watch pelicans fly and dive for fish as well as viewing dolphins. Beautiful kitchen for cooking.

The views from this house were fantastic. The kitchen was stocked with all the things needed for staying on site to enjoy the beach morning until night. Would recommend this house if you love the beach!

The house itself was great!! Communicating with Vacasa trying to get an item that was left was not. The only response I received is they would get with the local management and let me know. It is frustrating that we rely on a company during our travels and this is the resolution when you leave something, but again the house was great. This was a repeat trip for us to the same house. Due to Bacasa we will probably find a different property next year. Location of the house and proximity to the beach are perfect. It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked.

Well stocked and fantastic beach access and view. However, the house was dirty and in need of minor repairs everywhere you looked. Water pressure very low and could barely flush the toilets.

Really needs some tlc
This was the most I have ever spent per night on a vacation rental and I was very disappointed. The carpet is horribly stained, the couches and chairs in the living room were visibly dirty. The master bedroom had broken and missing blinds and there were blood stains on the sheets. There was not a single dishcloth in the kitchen. I contacted vacasa about these issues the first day and it took until our 3rd day to get new/clean sheets for the master bedroom. They agreed to reimburse me for one night, which I appreciate. I'm still waiting to see if they will follow through with that. The views from the living room and master bedroom are stunning. It's too bad the property isn't being well cared for.

Grwat time at Dauphin View
Dauphin View is an amazing house with the absolute most beautiful views of the beach and water. The sands are seep and white and only steps from the water. The online description is spot on. The house is mostly clean and needs a few touch ups on the paint but really a great house. My grandsons had a blast running from room to room chasing each other and begged every morning to go down to the water. The outside shower was perfect. My family had a great time.

Great place but…
The house and location was fantastic! However, cleaning could have been better. Had cleaning crew actually vacuumed properly they would have found the loaded 38 pistol under upstairs bedroom chair. We had two very curious children there. Thankfully it was one of the adults that found it. Local sheriff came and picked it up.

Best trip and stay EVER
Family stay during spring break 2023. We absolutely loved this house. It was exactly as pictured. Spectacular views, clean home, most amazing beach with shells and white sand. Perfect spot for a family as it was private and not near any partying spring breakers. We hope to be back next year. There's a room on the lower floor with beach chairs and toys. We left five boogie boards for guests to use! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We would have liked to take the master bed with us, :)
